GoogleI have never experienced such poor service in any business I have worked with. We lost 100s of pounds due to their ineffective service. The agents are lazy, poorly informed, poor communicators and have never (we discover now) acted in our best interests. Awful

Googlei booked an appointment to view a property and was told i had to wait until it was painted so booked a week later, meanwhile they let someone else view it and gave it to them. Attended appointment and sat there with my distressed disabled daughter on a hot day waiting and noone turned up. They had forgotten i was attending appointment...you would think we were booking hair appointmen ts, not our homes...why was i told i couldnt go due to decorating but someone else could. one star is too generous. this was the Stony Stratford branch ..NegativeProfessionalism

All instructions or directions were always very clear and precise. From a tenant perspective I would highly recommend this company, the whole process was seamless which reduced stress levels considerably. Everyone was genuinely pleased to be of help.
