GoogleI have been a landlord client of Belvoir MK for nearly 15 years and have received efficient and friendly service. My tenants have also been very well looked after by the Belvoir team. Now that my landlord career has come to an end I would certainly recommend Belvoir to future landlords/tenants. Over the years there have obviously been staff changes, but my affairs were always well looked after by Steve and his team. Special thanks to Louise who has been super in assisting my last tenant family to move into a new place.

GoogleReally good experience with Belvoir (MK). Dealt mostly with Kelsey and Abbie and they were both great. Answered our many, many questions promptly and helped as much as they could. The online viewing video was super clear and showed the property well so we felt confident going to the physical viewing that we wanted the property. Despite the whole process taking place online I felt confident that if we had any issues at any point they would help us address them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI try to Rent 2 bedroom house with Belvoir they ask me to pay one week deposit for face to face viewing which I am not happy to do, so I decide not to proceed Agency’s email “ We ask for a holding deposit to be paid once the application forms have been filled out. We would then book a face to face viewing within a few days of payment” Why I should pay before I view the property?
Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. Our processes have changed and been adjusted due to Covid-19 which means that we now have video tours of our properties available for you to view. We have had to cut down on our face to face viewings to limit the contact with other people to keep our staff and potential applicants safe. You would have been offered the link for a video tour of the property you inquired on and if you wished to proceed, we would ask you to fill in an application form and pay a Holding Deposit which is 1 weeks rent. We would then book in the face to face viewing at the property and if you decided you did not wish to proceed, the Holding Deposit is refundable back to you. As I am sure you can appreciate, the safety and welfare of our staff and customers is paramount which is why we have implemented these steps. Abbie Stock Branch Manager

GoogleVery rude on the phone, I asked for a viewing of a property, I have a very young sounding voice, lady kept asking me personal questions such as my age and totally declined for me to have a viewing of a property which shows on Rightmove as ‘pets accepted’ she told me that the property isn’t pet accepted and promptly said goodbye and ended the call. Absolutely disgusting. Should have looked at your reviews before calling anyway. Obviously not very popular choice.

There was an error on our advert for the property you called up to book a viewing on which meant it did show up as "Pets Accepted". Unfortunately at the time, this was not the case. We currently do not have any other 1 bedroom properties that accepts pets that we could offer you. I am sorry you felt the call handler was rude but this was certainly not the case. I hope this clears up the issue.

GoogleThis is myself and my partners first time Renting and was very nervous going through the whole process with estate agents but Belvoir (MK) made me feel at ease. Kelsey and everyone in the office have been very helpful and clear with the whole process and they responded to calls and emails almost instantly. would definitely recommend going through Belvoir, very professional and you will not be disappointed.
