GoogleI have interacted with Belvoir on a few occasions and they have helped me find good tenants. They have been excellent, efficient, professional, not wasting time and easily reachable. I had been happy with their service especially Ms Stock, who have asked for advice at random moments and she has obliged. GoogleThey took our money and declined our application. Why? Because they want money! I contacted the referencing agency and they did not even sent the final report. But they declined the application. Thiefs!

Hi Petronela. Unfortunately you did not meet the referencing criteria and we informed your partner of this before we started your reference however he wished for us to proceed. We did receive your final report back but it was Not Acceptable and therefore we could not proceed with your application on the property. We kept you updated on the progress of the reference and called you as soon as we had an update from the reference company.

GoogleI've always had highly professional advice and support from the team in the Stony office, who assist in a way that is clear and helpful; extremely useful for a novice landlord like me. They deal with issues quickly and seem to get the balance right between being fair to the tenant and supportive to the landlord. I have already recommended friend to use their services.
