I contacted the agency regarding an advertisement for renting an apartment, which the agency placed on its website. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She was unable to provide me with information about the property I was interested in. She offered to have someone call me back. However, for this purpose, she required much more information from me than necessary, apart from my phone number and name, she also asked for my surname, e-mail address, and current residential address. When I asked what the data was needed for, the lady got mad at me, couldn't explain what the data was for, cut off the conversation and hung up. A very strange agency.

We had a viewing today with Abbie Stock and we were very impressed with her level of professionalism and knowledge. She arrived 15 mins prior to our appointment time, making sure that she has the place ready for a viewing. She knows the property very well and was able to answer any questions we had (e.g. when the property was built, the schools nearby etc.) We were also impressed with how clean everything was in the property and we can see the amount of care that Belvoir has made to ensure that tenants can see the full potential of the property they are showcasing. The entire viewing process was pleasurable. Abbie even did a follow up after the viewing. Thank you so much for everything.

I asked Abbie to provide a link myself so that I could have an opportunity to express my gratitude. It has been years since I used Abbie's service and yesterday I had a sudden need for a rend estimate for my solicitor and offered to pay. Abbie provided the estimate immediately without charging me anything. Then I realized I forgot to tell her the size of the house. I went back to her and she provided another estimate without any delay and complain. I cannot say how grateful I am for the generous and invaluable help. I really would not hesitate to recommend her to any one who may need her service. She really is a very kind letting agent.

Very disappointed with my engagement with this agency. I have put an offer on a property to let, the agency then confirmed that the offer was accepted, and sent over a holding deposit online form to sign. After signing the document. I haven't heard back from the agency, I tried calling to get an update and was told I will receive a call back from the agent that I was dealing with. I never received a call. and the next day they said the landlord decided to go with another application because the documents were not signed. very unprofessional agency with bad practices. Not to be trusted. Edit: In response The document was signed by the first applicant, and when accessed by the other applicants the document was showing as signed and completed on Docusign, And didn't give the ability to sign it again. If there was an issue, I would have expected the agent to contact us to confirm rather than assuming we are not proceeding after we have agreed. I have made a call to the office, which you say there is no record of. Please see attached picture of a phone call log from my phone at 14:15 Yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the person I spoke to.

I've been renting through Belvoir since 2017, my experience has been friendly and helpful. They visit a couple of times a year to check on the place / give you around a months heads up of when they want to visit. If you ever have an issue they have a cool system which prompts types of issues and a form to fill out, once you've done it generally someone will pop in and fix whenever suits you. No complaints my side / all good.
