GoogleThe team at Alexander Lawrence have been brilliant from beginning to end. From Tom coming round to speak to us about the whole process, answering my millions questions , Nick dealing with the viewings right through to negotiations and offer stage and Sam for putting my mind at ease through the stressful process of dealing with solicitor queries and everything in-between, what a team! For someone who was very anxious and as a result asked a lot of questions!…the whole team were very patient and understanding and I couldn’t recommend a better team to sell with!

GoogleWhen my offer to purchase the property I am now living in, and my offer was accepted I was put in a Whatsapp group with Nick Lawrence and one his staff Sam Dennis. She then kept me advised on .the progress of the sale on a regular basis. In particular on Completion day there were problems at the beginning of the chain, which delayed the final completion and transfer of money between solicitors . It was Sam who advised us that Completion had taken place before either my own Agent or my Solicitors. I would recommend anyone seeking to buy or sell a property to use these Agents.

There have been obstacles in the purchase process due to poor management of my solicitors, yet Nick and the team proactively and closely followed up with both sides and even my solicitor to push for progress and make things happen. We found the perfect property for our next step on the property ladder and Tom helped us to achieve a quick sale of our current property at the time for a good price as well as buy the house we fell in love with. I don’t think this would have been achievable with any other estate agents in the area having dealt with others in the past. Tom’s approach to consistent communications ensures you’re always kept up to date. His honest and fair feedback throughout the process was also refreshing. GoogleFrom start to finish we have had an extremely positive experience with Alexander Lawrence. From first contact with Tom who helped us to prepare for the sale, to working with Nick through to an offer being made and then finally with Sam overseeing the process through to completion. With the help of Evolve the time from first viewing to completion took exactly 2 months. This was definitely a team effort and we highly recommend both Alexander Lawrence and Evolve.

GoogleTommy Lawrence and his team were excellent. I've moved several times in my life, but this has been my best estate agent experience. The team put the house up on-line on a Monday prior to an "open day" the following Saturday. We had 6 viewings that day, and 2 offers. The house was sold! Fantastic stuff. And following on from that the team made the whole process as stress-less as possible. Totally impressed and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Bravo!

GoogleI've moved homes quite a few times and have decent experience with estate agents. Alexander Lawrence have been the best I've dealt with. Their pricing strategy was positive and it worked. I got a great price within a few weeks of the house being on the market. The sales process was also well managed. Really good communication throughout and they were easily available when needed.
