GoogleI recently dealt with Alexander Lawrence Estate Agents during a property purchase that unfortunately fell through. While the agent communicated well and kept me updated, the seller reneged on the agreed price after several weeks, asking for more money. This was incredibly disappointing, as I had already incurred costs based on the agreed offer. While I understand the agent was acting on the seller’s instructions, I feel more could have been done to discourage such behavior, as it undermines trust in the process. Overall, the agent handled the situation professionally, but I’d advise future buyers to be cautious and ensure agreements are honored before committing financially.

GoogleExcellent service from these guys. From the moment i met tom nick and andrew whilst viewing houses myself, i was impressed. No high pressure sales tactics, no lies, no bravado, just let the houses themselves do the talking. A very professional, honest group. When it came to marketing my property, no nonsense, no inflated prices, a sensible strategy, well executed. Managing the marketing process went as well as i could possibly have imagined. When we went to the sales process, sam went all out to ensure the whole process was seemless and as stress free as it possibly could have been. All told, 100% recommend these guys. I couldnt imagine anyone could have a single gripe about anyone in the whole company. Comsumate professionals from start to finish.

GoogleGreat house sale service from Alexander Lawrence Estate Agents, right from the first visit through the photos, open days, offer stage and through to completion. We had some complications with our onwards purchase and they helped us progress chase this with a different estate agent, which they didn’t need to do but did to help us. Every week we’d get an update on progress which was great. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic service. Thank you.

GoogleAndrew was the most professional estate agent that have worked with. Worked well to help present the property and then with buyers to get an acceptable offer. Sam then took over to keep us informed of all goings on with the chain until the exchange of contracts. Couldn't ask for a better team.

Tommy’s pricing strategy was absolutely on point followed by hassle free viewings with Nick. Sam’s sales progression is fantastic keeping communication open and up to date. They make this process as easy and stress free as possible. We cannot recommend Alexander Lawrence enough they really are THE BEST! These guys are the only estate agents to use.

GoogleAlexander Lawerence must be the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, miscommunication, totally unhelpful and only interested in the seller. The house was total mess on moving on, oven was black the toilet was broken and someone from them spent 1 minute popping in saying you ok then left, everytime you needed to speak to someone they were on annual leave total joke, no help in getting the keys told we could move in at 2pm and owner was still collecting the stuff at 7pm. Totally waste of time, had Sam as a go between but not clue every question asked, Sam had no answer. I dropped out the group as he thought it was pointless. Never use them again can only presume fees are so low you get nothing and that’s why sellers are using them. Mr N Crompton

GoogleWe purchased and sold with Alexander Lawrence, we were selling our first house so we had never been through the selling process before but Alexander Lawrence made it as stress free as possible for us and explained the process to us every step of the way. Their communication with us was exceptional, they used whatsapp as opposed to emails which made the communication instant which really helped in the later stages of the sale. They went above and beyond and contacted us every week with updates so we never felt out of the loop. The same applies for the buying process explaining exactly what was needed to progress. The whole team at Alexander Lawrence were professional, experienced, supportive and friendly and we cannot recommend them highly enough, we wouldn't use another estate agent if we ever decided to sell again. Special thanks goes to Sam, Nick and Tom who guided us through from start to finish. We're finally in our perfect family home and we couldn't be happier!

Andrew came to our property and helped to give advice on how to set each room and the strategy for marketing and the open day which resulting in agreeing an offer within a week. This wasn’t a straight forward sale with lots of obstacles and this is where Sam played a key role in coordinating all parties and making sure everything was moving in the right direction.
