GoogleMoving from England to Scotland is a huge logistical challenge, but this team made it happen. Tom was professional from day one, and Nick was fantastic at finding the right buyer and securing a great deal. The real star for us was Sam, who navigated the complexities of the exchange and completion with so much patience and skill. She was always one step ahead and kept our minds at ease. GoogleSold my parents house through Alexander Lawrence, they were recommended by Chat GPT when I asked for a top 3. I chose them due to having sold similar houses close by and gut feeling. Honestly it could not have gone better, I was lucky enough to get multiple offers from the first viewings, Nick did a great job. Sam kept me up to date with the sale progress better than my Solicitor. Using WhatsApp was so convenient for me. All around they are a great team and I highly recommend them. I would use them again without a second thought.

GoogleAmazing estate agents! From our first initial meeting with Tom, we knew we were in safe hands! Bobby was incredible, he showed people round and fed back to us after every viewing. It didn’t take very long to get an offer at all! Once accepted, Sam was amazing, there were a few delays along the way due to the buyers solicitor, but Sam was consistently chasing and getting updates for us. Alexander Lawrence made what was a very stressful time much easier. If we were to move again, we would 100% use Alexander Lawrence, without a doubt. We would highly recommend!

GoogleJust exchanged on a property through Alexander Lawrence, I’ve had to deal with a few estate agents in the past and can honestly say what a pleasure AL have been to deal with. Nick was great with the viewings and very productive with our questions, even if they weren’t known he was getting the info very quickly. Sam… Sam is an asset to the team her aftercare was absolutely outstanding no matter how stupid or hard the questions she was there sooner than expected and managed to get our purchase through super quickly. Will be using them to sell our property now Thank you team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleWe were recommended Alexander Lawrence a few times over having been trying to sell our property for three years using several different agents. I was dubious, but gave them a call and so glad we did! We was appointed Andrew as our agent and our house was sold within a month. The team guided us through the entire process and Sam was an absolute god send with progressing our sale. There was never a time where we couldn't reach out to her with any questions, and she was an absolute fire ball with getting forms ticked and emails answered if the chain ever went quiet!! I would recommend Alexander Lawrence to anybody thinking of selling 100%. :)

GoogleAn exceptional estate agents with first class service from start to finish. I first noticed how they seem to sell properties in days and this was one of the main reasons we chose Alexander Lawrence. We had an offer after the first viewing, it was incredible. Another exceptional thing about this estate agent is the support pre and post sale. Tom Lawrence and Bobby Coats were on hand any day or time to assist with queries particular to our sale. Post sale, Sam was incredible and took the worry out of any issues we had (particularly as we were involved in a small chain of sellers/buyers). All calls answered (even our initial enquiry call - somebody called to make sure we got a response - that was our first sign of exceptional customer service and a company that cares), all queries answered immediately. Thank you Alexander Lawrence :)

Bobby was great with organising our viewings and was very knowledgable and accommodating with any questions we had. Sam was a star for providing us with constant updates and reassurance from start to finish! Could not fault the service we received & would not of wanted it to go any other way! Just want to also say a big thank you to Bobby for organising and liaising with the sellers to allow my partner to go to the property early & set up my surprise proposal! 🥹 not only have we moving into our first home together, I’m also a FIANCÉ!! Would highly recommend Alexander & Lawrence to anyone looking to sell their property, organise viewings for properties as the service was outstanding. If we could put more than 5 stars we would!

GoogleFrom the very start of selling our home Tom, Sam and the whole Alexander Lawrence team were fantastic. Tom’s approach to marketing our house meant we had received and accepted an offer within 3 days of the first viewings. The experience and knowledge of the whole team is second to none. Throughout the whole process Sam kept us updated, liaising with our buyer, solicitor and the developer of our onward purchase. She was always on hand to answer any questions and took the stress away of trying to chase for answers. I couldn’t recommend them more and if we move again we would use them without a doubt.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with this estate agents. They were very prompt in responding. Special mention to Sam, for coordinating things brilliantly between seller and buyer. Viewing experience was really good with Tom and Nick ,, they were not pushy at all , like other agents. they gave us a good time to view the house , think about it and then make a decision. I always disliked the estate agents approach,,but these guys were totally different from others.. they were friendly , communicating on time and not pushy at all. Excellent team to work with. !

GoogleEveryone at AI have been amazing from the very start. I have never really liked estate agents but these guys changed all that. They are honest, down to earth and I genuinely felt like they had us at every stage. They recommended Evolve solicitors and they worked so hard together to get us completed I honestly believe this wouldn’t have happened if we did have such an amazing team working with us. Thank you especially to Sam she is a absolute superstar and of course Tom because we can’t leave him out 🤣

GoogleAlexander Lawrence were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. Going above and beyond every step of the way, from helping us prepare the house ready for sale, preparing for the photos shoot to the amazingly successful open day which the whole team managed brilliantly. After sale service provided by Sam was incredible and completely stress free (...for us at least!) The whole process was so smooth and professional, and couldn't have gone any better from our POV. Worth every penny and couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

GoogleWe used AL to sell our house, and we also ended up buying our new home through them too. Tom’s pricing was spot on, and the their sale tactic meant there was minimal fuss and disruption. All the viewings were on Saturday and the house was sold by Tuesday. None of the usual last minute requests for viewings. Big thanks to Nick and Sam too. They handled all the queries and questions, and to be fair, I think a lot more went on in the background than we actually knew about, which is an additional credit to the service provided. I would definitely recommend AL to anyone looking for an estate agent.

We had previously been let down by 2 agents and I honestly didn’t realise just how much of a special service you get with an independent agency. The property went live over xmas and we accepted a very good offer in Jan. since then we have been kept informed every step of the way. A very different experience from the other agents previously. They also recommended the solicitors who have been equally professional and efficient. All the way through the process we have felt in a very safe pair of hands and we are so incredibly grateful for all the help we have received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alexander Lawrence and their five star service.

Alexander Lawrence has completely restored our faith in Estate Agents. The team truly go above and beyond - when we were looking to buy our next home, they had a look at the properties we had shortlisted to ensure they were priced fairly. Sam worked tirelessly to ensure the sale was progressing quickly and smoothly. She was an absolute blessing considering the rest of the estate agents involved in the chain were absolutely useless and were not communicating at all with us. The communication with every members of the team we dealt with was impeccable- they set up a what's app group and you can be assured that if you have any questions or worries they will be answered withing minutes. I will use them again in a heartbeat. They are a lovely team of fun amazing people who make what can be a very stressful experience a lot more manageable.

GoogleWe purchased a property through Alexander Lawrence and wow, what can we say! Firstly Andrew is such a great guy, personable, passionate and incredibly accommodating. Our purchasing journey was a little out of the ordinary, but that didn’t mean we were treated any differently. Once we’d had our offer accepted Sam got involved and made sure that everything was kept on track. Without her continued communication and regular check ins I’m sure our move would not have been progressed so quickly. We’ve absolutely loved working with these guys and love the personal touches that they bring! Keep up the great work guys.

Thank you very much for the effort given by Tom, Mr. photography, Nick and everyone in the office. Worth paying a little bite more of the commission which brings me a lot more than the little bite to be paid to the FIRST CLASS TEAM (Alexander Lawrence). My house was sold with a price about to hit the highest within the range that Tom proposed based on the valuation he did. Unlike the conventional real estate agents, Tom researched the real market statistic and integrated his expert experience to provided me a proposal, plenty of discussion about how we could work things out just like a team. Tom and the professional photography knew how to present my house the best. They presented my house with beautiful realistic images, every details that buyer may concern like the energy bills, up-to-date EPCs, Council Tax, direction of the house facing, etc. Nick kept me post about viewing and negotiation along the whole process of selling, and arranged well organized viewing, negotiated the best price possible.
