GoogleI recently used Alexander Lawrence to sell my home. The owner Tom is passionate about what he does and truly cares about his clients, this was evident following a concern i raised, which he addressed personally; the end result being a sale price for my home that I was much happier with. I would happily recommend them to others.

GoogleAlexander Lawrence are 15 out of 10! We had a great experience working with the team at Alexander Lawrence. They were very professional, highly knowledgeable about the local market, helpful and very supportive. Always available to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed. Nick, Sam and Tom made us feel like we are their only clients, even though we knew they had many at the same time. The team always had our best interests in mind and made sure we get the best possible outcome. We highly recommend Alexander Lawrence to anyone looking for real estate agents. GoogleYet again Alexander Lawrence have been absolutely brilliant in dealing with our house sale. Constant communication from Sam through some difficult negotiations and being incredibly sensitive to our already difficult situation. Working tirelessly to get updates from other estate agents and generally just being awesome. These guys are easily the top pick for bucks estate agents. They actually care and that's an incredibly rare thing in our experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Ever.

GoogleThe Alexander Lawrence team was supportive from initial contact with them through to completion of the sale. Great engagement from them, providing detailed knowledge of the local housing market, detailed feedback after each viewing and regular touch points to discuss options available to achieving a sale. When there was a significant delay in the sale, due to an issue further down the chain, the AL team stayed in touch to assure us they were on top of things. The house viewing experience was made less painful by the Team and they were always a message away for any queries & concerns. Highly recommended!

GoogleWorking with Alexander Lawrence, in particular Nick and Sam made my whole process of buying the property very smooth. From viewing the property and putting in the offer, to the signing of contracts, as cliche as it sounds, they were genuinely with me throughout the whole process. I was able to contact them without any issues and with ease (this was done a lot, as I like to ask a lot of questions), obtain recommendations and advice from them and have very open and transparent communications with them. I have really appreciated and valued the time and effort that was put in from the agency, which made my whole experience go well and would definitely recommend them.

Nick has been a through professional right from sorting appointment, arranging views, negotiations until sales and even afterwards. He was very willing to answer every query and we weren't rushed at any point during the sales process. He was very supportive and neutral when it comes to negotiations with the seller. We are so glad we relied on AL for our purchase, Nick and team are prompt with responses, which really stood for us. They connect you with the right contacts for mortgage and solicitor who are equally reliable and supportive. Very transparent ways of working and we highly recommend them. Thank you, Nick!

GoogleSelling a property is a very stressful time, but the team of Alexander Lawrence made it seem easy, because they have passion and a very professional approach to what they do. Each phase of the sales process, from valuation to completion, was very smooth. Their level of customer service is top of the tops! I never had to chase Alexander Lawrence to know "what was going on", I was constantly updated. Our big thanks to Tom who started and managed the whole sales process, to Andrew who took the wonderful pictures, to Nick who hosted the visits on our behalf, and to incredible Sam, who not only kept us informed, but also had that special way to keep us calm and confident. They have made it the most amazing experience from top to bottom especially helping us sell our house within a week. What I love about this whole experience is that you always want to put your house up on the market at a high asking price. GoogleInitially we had 3 different estate agents evaluate our home. But as soon as I met Andrew, I liked his professionalism and honestly in what he could do for us and how they work at Alexander Lawrence. Oh and it was the right choice we made after selling our house from 1 viewing, and currently in a very hard market. When the process started, Andrew created a WhatsApp group with him, Sam and me and my partner. From our weekly updates and clear communication from Sam, it made the whole process easier from the start. Sam is a lovely and very helpful young lady. Andrew and Sam were there from the start to the very finish. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleIf we could give 10 stars we would! Andrew has been amazing from start to finish. So professional and kept us updated throughout the whole process. After using other agents previously, none have come close to the service Andrew has provided. I recommend him to anyone I know who is thinking of selling there house!! And then we have Sam. Sam is worth her weight in gold!! Sam made sure the process went through as smoothly as possible. She would even call and message on her days off to reassure us. GoogleI recently worked with Nick when I found a home on Right Move. He was very accommodating for the couple of showings I requested. I found him to be extremely professional during the entire process. He was very good in setting up communications and also the negotiation process. What really stood out to me was the strong degree of integrity he works with and upholds himself to strong ethical practices in the entire real estate process and made himself available at all times. As well as the above mentioned reliability, he is very knowledgeable at what he does. Nick is someone I would definitely recommend for people to work with when it comes to real estate needs.

His calm approach, teamed with his expert knowledge, kindness and professionalism is what drew us to him. In fact we have been impressed with every member of the team: Andy took incredible photographs of our house; Nick worked tirelessly and managed to get us an offer over asking price and Sam is the reason that we managed to move into our dream home. With a tricky chain, Sam went above and beyond every day to ensure that the sale of our property went through. GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Alexander Lawrence more. We have bought and sold a house through them and they have been fantastic throughout both processes. They sold our house in 3 weeks and communication is exceptional with updates every week. They have made what can be a very stressful process so much easier and we can honestly say we will probably never use any other estate agent but then.

GoogleWe bought and sold our house through Alexander Lawrence in a transaction surrounded by all sorts of drama that was fit for a few episodes of a soap drama. Throughout a very stressful rollercoaster of a transaction for all parties concerned, Tom and his team were empathetic and professional. Sam kept the chain updated twice a week and checked in to ensure we got all the help and support needed to push forward with the sale. We can't think of anyone who could have handled it all better. We live in our dream home thanks to Tom, Sam, Nick and Andrew of Alexander Lawrence. They are an excellent, friendly team, and We can't recommend them enough.

They sold our house for us very recently, and got us through what could have been a very stressful process with professionalism and empathy. One of the key things that stood out for us was communication. WOW they are always providing updates, always at the other end of the phone, always checking in. There was not a single time where we felt like we didnt know where we were in the selling process. The team are not just professional but also really friendly and build such good relationships. We will most definitely use Alexander Lawrence again in the future.

GoogleSam and Nick have been amazing from start to finish. No house purchase is ever perfect but Sam did amazingly. Kept us up to date constantly and you could really tell she had our best interests at heart. Both Sam and Nick were great communicators between us and the family we were buying from. GoogleWell, what can we say about Alexander Lawrence Estate Agents! Just that they are, by far, the best we have ever used! Andrew, Sam and the whole team were absolutely amazing. Andrew's method of marketing our property resulted in us procuring a serious buyer within a week of it going on the market. Thereafter, they liaised with everyone in the chain, keeping everything on track. They made sure we were kept informed every step of the way by giving us regular updates via a designated WhatsApp group. They made the whole process stress free and nothing was too much trouble, always willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend them.
