We were kept informed every step of the way with updates every week, communication was always clear, always quick to respond to messages, ensured things were moving swiftly along - if it wasn’t, they were quick to query why and then dealt with it, and were always happy to help advise on other house related buying/selling issues. Such a well-run, small and super friendly team. Would definitely recommend the AL team and would not hesitate to use them again!

GoogleHaving heard some horror stories of estate agents who simply didn’t care or bother to respond and had to be chased constantly, we knew we needed to make the right choice from the outset. We needed a quick sale but didn’t want to lose out financially as a result. After getting 3 estate agents to review our property, we decided on Thomas Lawrence as we really felt they knew what they were talking about and had a plan which really suited us. I can honestly say, they did a tremendous job of marketing and selling our house to the right buyer - our sale was smooth and everything went like clockwork. We had weekly updates from Sam who kept up informed through every step and it was totally stress free for us. I would highly recommend using these guys and would insist on using them should we move anytime in the future. 5 star service from start to finish.

The entire team was very proactive, kept us in the loop regularly, and worked with us every step of the way. We were even doing viewings in December whilst it was snowing. There have been a number of challenges getting over the line during these tricky market conditions and Alexander Lawrence have been there to support throughout. The level of service we received was excellent and it has been really effortless to get updates and advice. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and proactive helping to get things done. These are the only Estate Agents I would ever recommend or use again.

GoogleWe recently bought our first home with Andrew Lawrence, and the team have been beyond amazing. Both Andrew and Sam remained in regular communication with us, and went beyond their remit to help us with some concerns we had. They were always contactable on the WhatsApp group, and understanding that my partner and I work busy shift patterns which sometimes made things a little difficult. They were really friendly but professional, and genuinely made buying our first home a stress free one! I wouldn't recommend them enough! 5 star service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleThe whole process form start to finish was fantastic. They have a non pushy sales approach and take the time to get to you know as sellers. We also really appreciated the weekly report that they had from the solicitors so that we knew how they were progressing which meant we never had to chase the solicitors at Evolve as they did it for us. Also super refreshing that all contact was done on WhatsApp which was so much quicker than email. Would highly recommend!
