GoogleI recently bought and sold my house through alan francis and couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided. From the estate agent that sold my property (for more than i was expecting) sales manager who pushed along the deal when the solicitors were taking there time. Couldn't recommend them enough and will be using them if i plan to move again.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleUnfortunately called up about at least 2 properties on the day they show up online and then told someone will call me back about a viewing. Recent property had to call up 3 times as each time I had not received a call back, to then be told the property is no longer available. A constant thing that keeps happeningNegativeResponsiveness

GoogleMassive Thank You !!! to Josh Kennedy for absolutely brilliant job. Josh helped us to win the battle with our sluggish and incompetent lawyers. His involvement, advice and amount of time spent on phone calls and emails were priceless. If it wasn't Josh we would probably never had our dream house. Always professional, encouraging and positive pushed the case forward to the end.

GoogleGreat lettings agent; prompt at dealing with repair requests, very helpful and friendly staff, and no funny business with deposit return at the end of the tenancy. Would definately recommend Alan Francis to prospective tenants.

GoogleAbsolutely useless!! Ive missed out on 3 properties now as nobody calls you back and they ignore any rightmove enquiries which are emailed to them. They can't wait to get you off the phone either.

GoogleDuring a very lengthy house purcahse the guys at Alan Francis kept me informed and were very helpful when I needed any information or documentation from the seller. They always respnded quickly to my reqeusts. I would definatley use them again should I need an Estate Agent in the future.
