GoogleSince these agents have taken over the contract I have found them to be efficient and responsive in undertaking any of my queries. They have ensured that the lease was extended and for a longer period of time. Also the maintenance man that replaced the external door was prompt and efficient, thank you all

GoogleFollowed the estate agent for an hour and still didn’t get to see the property. Agent wasn’t able to answer any questions. In the end I went and spoke to the developers my self and had a great service. Using Alan Francis just seemed like unneeded steps to reach the same goal. Alan Francis is unorganised and unprofessional.

GoogleThey won't return the tenants deposit money back anyway, no matter how you take care the house. All the staff working there are rude and arrogant. I filed a case against them.

GoogleBen Stocks of Alan Francis has handled the letting of my late sister's house exceptionally well....I say exceptionally well as I let houses with three other estate agents and can judge his performance. This man can keep track of events and does what he says he will do ....you can't ask for more than that !

From instruction, to first class photos, a cool video of my property, getting me a successful buyer, and tracking the sale at every stage through to completion. Just outstanding and I would highly recommend their service.

GoogleTerrible customer service after you sign up with them as a tenant. Slow to respond to requests problems and completely unhelpful when I was looking to move, they wouldn't book me to viewings because "my notice period was far ahead and would prioritise people who could move in earlier". I will not use them again.

GoogleNo customer service. Not reliable to buy a property from them. We had to travel for Id check and the person wasn't available or id check done without taking all the info and had to visit the office again. These are some of the issues on my list. I am very disappointed.
