The whole process was done in a matter of days and my stress of finding a rental was over! GoogleWould not recommend Alan Francis. Had placed holding deposit down and was completing checks to move into a flat asap. Turns out the landlord did not know we existed and so had moved his own tenants in. Total lack of communication and no apologies whatsoever. Difficult to reach on the phone too as reception won't put you through to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFrom Alan Francis we had Good Service, plenty of viewings, multiple offers, and a friendly helpful team throughout the process. We were very pleased with the interest in our property generated through Alan Francis Estate Agents. The Agent also stepped in to save the sale when unreasonable demands were being requested from the buyer legal advisor and managed to negotiate a compromise which worked for all parties.

GoogleAs a seller Alan Francis was far more proactive than my previous Estate agent. They gave me regular updates as to what has happened on the buyers side, and in one instance information the buyer was still waiting for and hadn't yet received (an email I sent, did not generate an automated receipt reply, it got lost! ).
