GoogleDefinitely one to avoid - the agents spend most of their time sitting around in the office and do not do what they should be doing to make sure tenants are safe and secure in their properties. They take a lifetime to take action on repairs and urgent work. Petty bureaucracy and power games take precedence over getting things done for loyal paying tenants. Terrible.

GoogleAbsolutely time waisting experience with Alan Francis Lettings team. Jack Hurley | Lettings Consultant poor service on respond to emails, phone calls seems like mission impossible, never get called back. In 12 days time been let down twice with no even update or anything regarding property-to-rent. Simply telling you that property are avaliable, you invest your time and effort by filling the forms and phone calls to contact them to get a response, while you waisting your time property off the market and not longer avaliable. Even if you agree to put down a deposit to secure a property, they will tell you some excuses about landlords. Funniest bit they arranging viewings of property without even tenant agreement who still live in a property and after cancel on you. Definitely not recomend Lettings service with Alan Francis way to unprofessional with awful customer service. P. S Recommend to read reviews before call them.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMyself and family have been renting from Alan Francis for over a year now and I must say we are truly pleased by their service. Special mention to two lovely ladies Lauren Gee and Holly Wade. Lauren Gee deals with maintenance and nothing is ever an issue for her. She's very understanding and very easy to talk to and deals with them soo efficiently. Not forgetting the lovely Holly Wade who is always pleasant and with her calm voice reassures me anytime there's an issues. Property rentals - The team has been quick in arranging not one but two viewings (per my request) for the property I currently live in and quoted a good value for money rental price. Customer service - I would like to praise Shani and Lauren from the AF team. They have been quite helpful in resolving all open issues with the property and have shown a great level of professionalism and customer service by keeping me informed at all times. GoogleI rented with Alan Francis for 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with them. They were always responsive when I needed anything and communicated well with the land lady on my behalf to ensure anything needed from either side was always organised. During the covid-19 crisis both the land lady and Alan francis were amazing in supporting my change in circumstance and offering to do all they could to ensure I was able to continue with my let. I would still be letting with them now if an opportunity with family had not come up. My experience when leaving and communication throughout the inspection and deposit return can not be faulted and deposit money was returned with no issues within 2 days. GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Josh on a purchase in 2019. He was great at communicating with us and during our viewings gave us plenty of time and space to view the property. Sadly this purchase didn't go through in the end and we have since bought elsewhere with another estate agent in MK who were truly terrible. They didn't even come close to the level of service offered by Josh at AF - truly a credit to the business. When we're looking to sell we know who we will be in touch with. Thanks again.

GoogleI have now been using Alan Francis' service for six years, in this six years I have had many dealings with Lauren, Holly, Nicky, Jack and Ben. The team have made it very easy for me to let my property, they have taken the stress from, finding new tenants to maintenance work that needs to be untaken. I find regardless of who takes/answers my call they take ownership of the issue that needs to be dealt with. GoogleI was pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service Alan Francis gave me from the first time I called them to enquire about a rental property. I first liaised with Jordan who took the time to really understand what I was looking for, he was very polite and supportive from the get go. I then met with Jillian who showed me a variety of places and with a great attitude that made you feel like Alan Francis really cares about you as a potential customer.
