GoogleAlan Francis recently sold our house and they were a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. From the excellent photos on Right Move, super professional viewings and all the way through to completion. I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I have to say the Craig and Josh gave exceptional service from start to finish - thanks to the whole team!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service from both angles. I initially contacted Alan Francis to view a property last year, the sales agent I spoke with was extremely rude and seemed to make the assumption that I could not afford the property due to being a single occupant female. I called to chase viewing the property but no one returned my call, I then followed this up with an email but AGAIN no one responded to my email. I eventually viewed the property with an alternative (very good) estate agent and moved in. I have now come to the end of my tenancy so Alan Francis have been arranging viewings with potential new tenants. I had some viewings were booked in without me being informed or asked if the time was suitable, the viewings were only mentioned because I was calling to confirm a time on another viewing. I was then due to have 2 viewings on a Friday evening, I left work early to accommodate the viewings and re arranged my Friday evening. The viewing time passes and no one arrived, I called Alan Francis to check what was happening with the viewings and they then informed me they had all been cancelled (2 on Friday evening and 1 on Saturday morning). As previously said I had changed my plans completely to accommodate these and was extremely disappointed that I had to call to find out they had been cancelled. I would stay away from them and would not wish for any of my friends or family to use them judging on the service I have received. I dread to think if I had have rented the property from then encountered a problem what kind of service I would have received.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHad some problems with referencing on a potential new flatmate, not the fault of Alan Francis, but they really helped resolved it quickly. Had to pass some extra details on for the referencing check, thinking it could take a few days, and it was done within the hour, ensuring a smooth change over. Dealt mostly with Shani Cary who has excellent customer service skills; very impressed.

GoogleWould not recommend this agents. They decided to inform council tax officers and anglian water that I moved out from one of the properties they manged before I confirmed the moving out date. This resulted in debt against me. Took about 3 months to revers it. But than again you can't expect much more from any estate agents.

GoogleI rented a studio through Alan Francis for almost 1.5 years. I never had any issues with the office ; they were pretty responsive and my issues were fixed quite swiftly. I had mostly interacted with Mr. Jones and Mr. Cambridge, both were extremely helpful and professional. I certainly recommend to check through their site in case you are looking after a property in MK.

GoogleWe are very desapointed with your traitment. We had an appointment for viewing the agent call us 1 hour before the appointment saying that the landlord can't be present. We take another appointment for another day and another agent call us 2 hoir befor saying that the flat is gone. I think that the team needs coordinating and respect for the customer. Souad
We are extremely sorry that you felt disappointed with our service, we aim to provide a first class service to all our clients. In this instance, we were unable to access the property as the tenant was on holiday and did not want viewings whilst they were away (which is something we respect). Unfortunately, we were not aware until a short time before your viewing was due to take place and we apologise for this. Although we arranged a further appointment for you when the tenant was back, an applicant who had previously viewed the property (prior to the tenant going away) came in to the office with forms and payment to secure the property. We sincerely apologise for any upset this caused and hope we can be of service to you in the future. Kind regards.

GoogleFrom the moment we decided to sell our property we were extremely well looked after, we were well advised at every step of the process and we sold our property very quickly mainly because our buyers had already been qualified by our agent prior to having their viewing.

GoogleTerrible service, eager to make you sign documents and send money in a hurry but do not ever respond to anything after that. They don’t care about giving good after sales once you have paid deposits/rent payments. Everytime you have an issue, they take ages to get back to you or make you seem to be the problem. They don’t ever take responsibility or accept their mistake. Absolutely useless, maybe from the reviews its clear they only provide good service to a certain type. Stay clear, I’m sure you’ll be looked after by another estate agent in MK.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI think they are overwhelmed by the work or they run the show with less personnel, because they rarely answer the phone, and when they do they just tell you they'll call you back. But they never will. And it's like this over the course of a year. I was trying to rent a place with them and never did. They have houses on the market that are not available since weeks anymore. Why? Why not taking them off the next minute you seal the deal? Very disappointed with their services. :( Looking now at the 1☆ reviews from other people, I realise they reflect the reality about this agency and not the "fake" 5☆. Good luck finding anything with them.

GoogleI went to view a property with this agency and finally saw the house I liked. The agent was very friendly even though he had a rough day, he was still nice He didn’t really have a clue about the property so he wasn’t able to give much information. He ended up googling half the information. He told us to fill out the form required as he stated it was first come first serve for the house, I really wanted it. I filled out the form which he was patient enough to wait. He called me a few hours later and said the property has been let. When I had a look on right-move and their website the property was still on the market. I rang the agency and someone had told me the house is still very much available. I don’t understand what is going on there. I am really disappointed and having read other people experience with the agency I am glad I didn’t get the place after all I don’t want to be dealing with all this.

GoogleI have rented an apartment from Alan Francis since about 3 years now. They have been very considerate about all the problems that have been reported and addressed it on priority. They have been helpful in all instances and have not given me any chance to complain. In the recent past I have been dealing with Shani - so special Thanks to her!!
