Exceptional estate agency that has spoiled us for all others. Not only immensely efficient and flexible, they stayed in there in these most difficult times with not the slightest drop in energy and commitment from day one until they sold our house for as good as the asking price. They provided many more viewings than any of the agencies we used previously and asking Richard James to take sole agency was the best decision we could have made. Natalie, James and Richard are wonderful people who made it a personal mission to help us get what we wanted. Even after the sale, Natalie has been incredible helping with the legal and logistical issues that are involved to help exchange contracts and close. We cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are lucky enough to have Richard James available, grab the best and forget the rest !

Natalie goes above and beyond! Going into the sale and purchase process for the first time, we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience with Natalie Leon of Richard James who’s the agent with our onward chain has far exceeded our expectations. She acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is rare to see. Not only is she on top of the purchase process, she’s also taken upon herself to oversee the sale of our property, something that our own agent and solicitors should have been responsible for but fell short. I honestly don’t know how things would have turned out without her as a driving force. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the service I received from Richard James Estate Agents. Mr James Goldsobel was not only a consummate professional but a thoroughly decent and wonderful gentlemen, who not only found us our perfect home but ensured that throughout the entire journey he kept us updated at all times and supported us through certain challenges with our house sale. Having some specific requirements, he kept a look out for a property that best suited our needs and ensured he only recommended properties that met these requirements. Without James we would not have been able to finally move and for that we will be forever grateful to him. Integrity is often overlooked for a fast buck, but in the case of James Goldsobel he ensured all commitments were delivered and that meant the world to me and my family. Wonderful team, perfect for buying and selling

Recently, we both bought and sold houses through Richard James. Having originally listed pre-pandemic, we decided to move in late Summer 2020. Natalie took the listing and had a number of potential purchasers booked within a week. She was always Covid safe and we received and asking price offer after the first weekend. By talking with the rest of her team, she knew exactly what we were looking for and immediately let us know when properties came up. One was under Richard and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. No purchase is without hiccups and Richard was amazing throughout, keeping the stress away from both sides and always thinking of ways to bring things to a conclusion. What makes the difference is that everyone who works there are lovely people and professional. Neither Richard nor Natalie made us feel like we were bugging them, no matter what time of the day we would speak. We don’t want to move again, but if we did it would be through Richard James.

I have recently let a property with Anthony Cooper @ Richard James. As an agent myself, I find myself very critical of other agents however I have to say the service from Anthony was nothing short of fantastic! From getting me in the same day I enquired about the property, to then negotiating me a good deal. Anthony then organised decorators to get in there as the landlords one had let them down and even organised for my electric car charging point to be installed! Legend! Highly recommend for a professional "no hassle" service

We've had a great experience selling our house through Richard James. The quality of the photos and drone footage in preparation for the sale was second to none. Both Richard and James came to visit to understand the house as it's very unusual for the area and they gave us some great advice. They know their market and Mill Hill well. They found us a buyer quite quickly, mediated all conversations and concerns adeptly, and made sure the process went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. She was also very honest in discussing all the properties viewed unfortunately I found a house with another estate agents but wanted to leave this review to say you would be in safe hands with Stacey Carter at Richard James.
