An outstanding service from beginning to end. Natalie Leon was our agent for both the sale and purchase parts of the process. Natalie made what is a stressful experience as easy as she could, always quick to respond to queries and ultimately supported us every step of the way. A very professional, reliable and effective estate agent. We couldn’t have asked for more and we highly recommend them.

Anthony Cooper has been brilliant

Anthony Cooper has been brilliant. He is thorough, polite and honest. As everyone knows moving house can be extremely stressful but Anthony made the process easy. He really puts the tenants first and makes sure that the property is absolutely as described. I would recommend him highly and will add that this was the best experience I’ve had moving.

Best Estate Agent - Richard James Estate Agent

I cannot recommend Richard and Natalie of Richard James Estate Agents highly enough! My house in Woodside Park (N12) went under offer within 10 days of it going live, having secured multiple offers that completely exceeded my expectations. Making the decision to sell after being here for more than 20 years was an emotional move for me and their advice and kindness was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to make this experience as seamless as it was - I will be forever grateful to them! If I ever have to move again from wherever I am, I will 100% be coming back to them!

Brilliant agents in Mill Hill!

Natalie was brilliant helping my husband and I find a house. Natalie immediately understood what we were looking for, kept in contact with us when any new properties became available. Once we did find our new home, Natalie kept in contact with us throughout, was always at the end of the phone and insuring a smooth process. Thank you Natalie and the Richard James team!

I can't thank Natalie enough

I can't thank Natalie enough. She found me an initial house after looking for a year which unfortunately fell through (not her fault) but she searched tirelessly to find another house for me and only a few weeks later she got me the house we were looking for! Couldn't recommend her and the Richard James team enough!

Natalie Leon at Richard James was the agent for the house we just purchased. Throughout the process she has been professional, approachable and always available for any queries we have had. She has also been the driving force in pushing the sale forward so that we could exchange in the time slot that was required for both us and the sellers. I highly recommend working with Natalie if you are looking for a very efficient and dedicated agent!
