Dear Thirdfort Team, I would like to share my positive feedback about Tahira from Customer Support. Tahira was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with issues related to sharing my bank account. Avoid these guys at all costs! They do advertise they do not make money on you but the discount you could get directly from suppliers is much better than one time convince. These people are unable to share any packages and pricing upfront you must book a consultant appointment to chat and then get a package or individual quotations. Despite asking multiple times they are not able to share pricing until you talk, quoting the reason they do not have access to pricing only consultants do. What an odd excuse.. Maybe ask consultant to email the details directly. Before they would accuse me of not even trying to talk to consultants let me tell you something. Even I gave a chance , and i booked a timeslot, the guy tried call me much later , beyond 15 mins of the original slot. Not worth at all to waste your time with them, utter rubbish!

We’d also like to mention that the Home Setup appointment was booked within a communicated 60-minute call window. That said, we completely understand that waiting longer than expected can still be frustrating, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency throughout my tenancy. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Shania, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has always been attentive, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. Her communication is consistently clear and to the point, and she genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable looking after things, and it’s made a big difference to my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this agency, and Shania in particular, for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

From the moment Bailey and Bryant walked through the door to value our property with a view to marketing it, we knew we were in great hands. I can sum up their service as professional, friendly, respectful, informative, knowledgeable, trustworthy and above all friendly. They worked tirelessly to get people through the door and we found block booking viewings meant we were not constantly having to vacate our property. We genuinely feel that when we got an offer on our property they were as pleased for us as we were. Not because they had sold a property but because they had helped us in our journey moving forward to securing our future home. I cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing service! My tenancy didnt begin for a few months and Dawn from Your move Midsomer Norton gave me regular updates, and kept me in the loop about everything! This estate agent is very well known not only for being local but the high quality levels of customer service from the start of contacting them and all the way though it is at Top level. I have contacted these people to sell my Late parents home of which are handling it with professional service and support though out, I myself are looking for a place to rent & I've seen a very good priced place which I viewed on Monday 17th March and straight away contacted the company to start proceedings. The staff and management are always there as of when needed. And nothing is no problem for them. 100% highly recommend this company if your in the market to be selling / buying / renting etc..
