We took advice from three individual agents and Mark and his team from Your Move Bailey & Bryant, Midsomer Norton came up head and shoulders above the other two agents. Our circumstances were quite specific. We were on a very very tight time schedule and cannot fault anything that Mark and his team did. They arranged the photographs and the online details quickly and in a professional manner using the latest technology. They got the open house running within two weeks which resulted in four viewings, two of whom wanted to buy. One of them went ahead and we completed very very quickly. Absolutely seamless from start to finish and would definitely recommend them on every level. They are kind, considerate, thoughtful, not smarmy. Thank you so much for helping us to achieve what we wanted within our time scale and with ease.

We came to Your Move to find a new buyer after a very stressful late fall-through and our previous agent not being up to the challenge with some tricky circumstances. Mark was over within a few days to take the pictures and we appreciated his honesty and direct approach - he knew exactly how to stage our home and move stuff around, to give it the best look possible, giving great advice along the way. The 360 tour provided potential viewers a much better perspective than static photos and showed off a number of the less-obvious features. In this very challenging market, Your Move didn't try to blow smoke up our backsides and over-value us like others did. They understood the brief, were straight-talking and honest about our situation and gave us all the information we needed (with no pressure) to make the right decisions and give us the best chance of selling in time to keep the purchase we desperately wanted. They handled a tricky situation with great care and professionalism and thanks to them we're now back on track for a much needed move. Would definitely recommend.

Our brief was simple: “We need a quick sale, as we are relocating in 5 months.” Our previous agent had had our home on the market for 5 months without a single offer. We then approached Mark at Your Move with exactly the same brief, and wow, did Mark and Tracey deliver! Josh was the first person we had communication with when he valued our house and his friendly attitude and helpful knowledge was enough to know we wanted to sell our house with DBRoberts. Since then everyone has been so helpful, especially Sam, Bria and Jay who we have had most contact with during the selling process. Cannot fault their great communication whether it was via email or over the phone, always providing updates as soon as any information was available. They showed commitment to booking in viewings around our availability, and didn’t fail to chase up those booked in for viewings and making offers. Lisa, Bethany, Tia, Nicole and (more recently) Donna have always been polite and pleasant in their work, in my experience. they work hard to provide an efficient service. Bethany, for example, has been very quick in conveying a recent landlord's certificate to me, and Donna has similarly been quick to convey an inspection report. Lisa and Nicole have done well to navigate a particularly difficult situation last year, whilst Tia has been prompt in finding replacement tenants as required.

Bailey and Bryant marketed our family home. They were very considerate of our Mum's feelings, who had lived there for 60 years, building many memories with us all. They recommended a sensible valuation with the caviat of accepting offers 'over' that value and they agreed a fair commission rate. Mark was very personable and took some beautiful photographs of the house. Tracey was also excellent at negotiating. The whole team kept us informed and updated as and when they were able. The space is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional and efficient. Excellent quality furniture, plenty of outlets at each workspace and the different floors provide a unique environment for your needs(mingle or take private call). The on-site team is very helpful, kind and outgoing. Tieny was quick to respond and answered all my questions in detail. As first-time buyers, we expected guidance and clear communication throughout the process, unfortunately, our experience with Your Move Midsomer Norton was the opposite. The agent we dealt with was extremely pushy from the start, and when it came to making an offer, the communication was almost nonexistent. We received no real updates on the progress of our offers and felt completely left in the dark. It also felt as though our lack of experience was taken advantage of rather than supported, which was incredibly disappointing. The whole experience came across as unprofessional and ultimately put us off buying the property altogether. Based on this experience, we would never buy or sell through Your Move Midsomer Norton.
