Alex McMahon looked after us from the beginning and kept us up to date all the way through. Whenever an issue arose, Alex would chase it up straight away and treated our sale and purchase as though it were her own. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but my wife, Claire and I found that Alex and Ryder and Dutton as a whole did their best to alleviate most of the stress.

GoogleOnce again Claudette has managed to make our offer successful to completion. She has kept a close eye on the seller's side when their solicitors were very slow and unresponsive. Luckily with the push from several parties, the keys have now been released! Thank you Claudette and team.

GoogleReally great service from the start, we got a quote with no pressure or hard sell, just info with what to expect from them. Found a buyer within 2 days of the property being listed. Lisa was handling the sale and was excellent, she did lot of chasing and kept us informed with progress regularly. Would definitely recommend them.

I use R & D as my letting agent for my one property. I had to chase my rent from them last month and they explained how this had happened. I didn't expect the same thing to happen the following month. And when I've phoned and emailed them I've not received a reply. I would not recommend using them due to the difficulties I've had communicating with them
