Dear Andrei, We are sorry to read your comments about your experience. We normally receive fantastic feedback on our IT Comptia courses, especially the A+ Course. As you know, our training model is not just limited to workbooks or online training material, we provide a high level of support through our Learning Coaches and our physical Training Centres throughout the UK and Ireland. We mention this as, this is what sets us apart from other training providers or training platforms. This level of support also influences the prices that we offer to people. The result of all of this support and guidance is an exceptionally high pass/success rate whenever we survey our students. Again, we are sorry that you didn't feel that you had the best experience. It seems that there are a couple of factors that are slightly out of Pitman's control here - Firstly, we have done our level best throughout the pandemic and lockdown periods to ensure that our locations are safe for our customers and that we comply with the Government guidelines. This has meant that we have had to introduce some strict measures surrounding COVID. Secondly, as we are an approved test and exam provider, we have obligations to various institutions, AAT being a good example, whereby they stipulate the need for very strict examination protocols and conditions. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused when you enquired about our training and felt we were unable to answer your questions regarding the course fees. Our intention was never to avoid answering your questions. In fact, our focus is to ensure every student can enrol on a training programme that is tailored exactly to their requirements, so that no student wastes any of their valuable time or money.Our training programmes are designed and customised to each individual's exact training and career objectives. Unlike other training providers, that have “off the shelf” training programmes with specific start and end dates, common course content and little flexibility, with Pitman Training in Kerry, every programme is unique to that individual.We take the time to meet with every prospective student in advance of enrolment to answer all questions, help them identify their exact training and career objectives and to agree their perfect training programme. This training programme may also include career services such as assistance with preparing online CVs, practising interview techniques or portfolio development as well as options in training platform access, materials, workbooks, certification, prior learning recognition, course levels, electives etcWhile our courses range from less than one day to over 2 years in duration, to give you some guidance on typical fees, our individual courses start at €175 and our Diploma and Awards range starts at €900. We also offer a range of instalment plans for all our training programmes, where you have the option to pay your fees weekly or monthly for as little as €20 per week.
