I went here today for my exam this morning and the invigilator was amazing, put me at ease, was really friendly and even made me a cup of tea. Can’t praise him enough.

Definitely not worth the money they charge. Terrible and very boring videos for the Graphic Design Diploma, near to no practical aspects to any of the courses! You would think for a design course it would be predominantly practical-based skills using the Adobe software, but it was just videos on how the software works and no actual practical elements. I asked for help to build a portfolio that you need for any graphic design job and didn't get any answers/help I needed. The customer service was okay at the beginning of the course by having course reviews, but felt like you get forgotten about further down the line (I rarely got replies from anyone). Overall, poor experience and definitely not worth the money! For anyone who wants to complete a design course, do not use Pitman and go elsewhere!

Terrible Company.I called to book my AAT Exam but I got a hint that they weren't interested and didn't care. They say they will book my exam but do nothing. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever!Edit:----------------------------------Thanks for getting back to me.It was the pitman in Stratford. So I decided to use another training provider.

You’ve flagged it up my reviews? Thank you for that ! Hopefully you can’t flag up the court judgement. Anyway I’m still waiting the documents testifying that HCPS training Watford paid in full the AAT level 3 course at the date of my enrolment 01/10/2019. The email sent to me by Claire Casey it’s just you’re usual bla bla bla . I haven’t received any material means the books that you provide with the course and the online access to AAT learning. What I had is an Excel 2013 not part of AAT that has a normal pitman validation test at the end. If you want I can send you the validation test that I should’ve done. After all you are saying that I’ve started AAT but just last week was ready for me the online course. At the same time you can’t provide any documents that the AAT was paid in my name in 2019/10/01.

My son had his AAT exam cancelled 14 hours before he was sitting it. He was then rebooked in on a date then not told about it. He was then told he was booked in on another date and when he arrived there was no record of the booking. They tried to accommodate but then they could not get internet access so sent him home. Appalling service provider.

Horrible experience with Pitman Training centre Bromley , Sam the manager is a liar and true con-artist . He will sell you a course and then you will be logged out from your login , they will ask you for extra money and you will have to pay for extension or else you will loose all your money .Do not trust this centre nor this company at all . They are just here to make money for them the value of education or students career doesn't matter . Once you are trapped then you will be trapped their is no way out . DO NOT FALL in the trap .

No issues with Newcastle upon Tyne branch. I did my ECDL here and they were helpful. Was looking to do another course but price was over £3K which to be honest, I thought was excessive for what they actually do, so I decided against it.

The course itself was very long but helpful. My communication with the centre was brilliant over email. However when I called them up, a gentleman was very rude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. ,

Overpriced courses and poor content. Refused to refund £300 deposit whilst still in cooling off period despite not having marked anything. Pressurised selling and poor customer service. Go elsewhere.
