GoogleWorst experience ever! They booked an appointment at 4 pm to receive keys from their office and when i go there it was closed without any notice and nobody answered the phone. They insisted i paid everything without even having a date confirmed for the move in. Would not recommend to anybody absolutely as there are many other agencies out there with far better service.

GoogleIf you are looking at renting a property in croydon I highly recomend streets ahead and the brilliant Bradley Snape. He was so helpful from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the whole experience smooth and even stayed past his working hours so i could view a property. Not normally one for reviews but this company and Bradley Snape deserve all the praise in the world.

GoogleI can't describe what a great help these guys were in finding us our perfect rental home - Our agent was Lewis Hay and he understood our needs perfectly. He quickly found us the perfect place in a beautiful part of Croydon, which despite living here for 4 years, I didn't know even existed. He was also extremely patient while we were being indecisive and could not do enough to help us. Highly recommended!!!
