GoogleHaving worked in the property sector for many years and now as an investor I've had the pleasure and misfortune of working with a number of people from the industry. However I have never worked with anyone who has done a better job for me than Kai and I felt compelled to highlight this. My recent purchase would have fallen through on several occasions if it wasn't for his quick thinking and going above and beyond in every aspect to get the sale done. This included knocking on freeholders doors at 730am or 9pm to help gain the signatures I needed to progress the sale and managing unusual situations that meant him working with two sets of solicitors and sellers living on a boat in Greece with little or no means of communication but still the sale progressed when anyone else would have given up. When looking for my next purchase in Croydon of which there will be many, both my business partner and I will always make Kai our first port of call and have already recommended him several times to other investors looking for someone as professional as Kai to help locate and manage this sale for them.

GoogleAfter deciding and making our mind to buy a house, we contacted many estate agents in the area. But no one was taking our matter seriously. One day by chance on the side of road we saw a board for street ahead and contacted them. Within a week time we passed the bid for a house while other estate agents could not help us in two month. Street ahead is quite dedicated and takes you seriously. Not only that they helped me until the last day of completion by following the matter on every stage. Highly Recommended!!!

2 of which no agent appeared to show the property.
No courtesy calls, no one in their office knows who is supposed to be where.
Complete time wasters.
Not to mention their fees, £138 per tenant for referencing.
Joke of a company, avoid at all costs.

They take ur money and charge you for things that were already damaged inside the property was spoken to so so unprofessional by Judy at the Middlesbrough branch when trying to get answers absolutely disgusting they are out to get your money for Anything!!! Will say anything to not give you your bond back and even charge 300 pound for ending a tenancy early shocking!!!
