GoogleRude, obnoxious, unprofessional...would not recommend. Staff have no respect for customers. speak in a highly Rude manner...there is no customer service. If your desperate do not go here. Go and sleep in the street than visiting these guys.

I rented a furnished apartment through Michael Poole and it has been a really disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely dirty when I moved in (despite that wasn't reported on the inventory check), a wardrobe door was hanging broken and almost fell on me few times, multiple bulbs (including in the shower) were not working, a chair was broken too. Those problems should have been sorted before my move in, considering they knew about my moving a month before I got the keys.I had to change the bulbs and to fix wardrobe and chair by myself, because being lockdown they couldn't send anyone for a long while, and despite not “emergencies” I needed those things to be fixed, but none refund me for those jobs.When I left the apartment it has been told they would keep part of the deposit to put back in the original place old, dirty and rusty items I have moved in a cupboard because they were just taking storage space...of course everything I fixed/changed and the deep cleaning I had to do when I moved in it hasn't been even consider to refund me.I really would suggest anyone who is thinking to go through this agency to think twice, they are really unprofessional, if they act so poorly on letting I can not imagine the problems you could have during sales.

FacebookTried to get a viewing on a property that they had the keys for - had to wait nearly two weeks to view and the day before they cancelled as the house had been sold through another estate agents. Wish I’d rang them now. Terrible estate agents - difficult to get through to and appalling service.

FacebookTerrible estate agents. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone. They charged us for fast tracking our checks and we were last in the chain to get them back, took even longer than the standard time. Never got an apology. They do very little to actually help sell your house, there only solution is to just keep lowering the price. We asked for our house to be featured on their social media page relentlessly, to spark interest page and they couldn't be bothered. We were ignored from start to finish.

Over and over I hit rock bottom until I rang streets ahead in Croydon and spoke with Stephanie shes very very very professional and is always on the phone helping me to find a property I felt valued and appreciated. GoogleI had been having the worst time looking for properties and by the time I came for a viewing with streets ahead, I was so fed up. Catherine Wood took me for a viewing and she was amazing. She didn't rush me through the property so that she could get on with her day, she let me take my time and gave me great ideas about what I could do to the place. I was so sold that I made an offer and she managed to get it accepted the very same day! She has literally been amazing. She even arranged an additional viewing for me when I wanted to show my mother and she was very efficient at getting paper work to our solicitors. She's made the process super easy and stress-free! She also put us in touch with a streets ahead in house broker which is a lot easier for us to keep everything with streets ahead. Excellent service. Can't fault them at all frankly.

FacebookAssisted me in purchasing my first house and I couldn't believe how straight forward it was due to their support. All staff from the Middlesbrough Borough Road branch were helpful and polite, particularly Connor Ovington who was exceptional throughout.
