GoogleI do not recommend this estate agent if you are a seller. My flat was eventually sold, but issues I encountered: - Repeatedly entering the property for viewings using keys I had provided without knocking. This infuriated the tenants, whose simple request was that they knock first, and caused a breakdown in my relationship with them. - Using the key to permit their damp surveyors to access the property (which by this time was empty) when I had asked them to cancel this appointment. Surveyors left the ground floor window open. It was open for 2 months until I next visited the property. - Once I had accepted an offer, the mortgage lender's valuation came in lower than the price agreed. The agent repeatedly tried to force me to accept the lower price, telling me I had no choice. I refused and insisted on negotiating. In the end the buyer and I split the difference. - Agent dealing with the sale would not return my calls (unless he had something he wanted to speak to me about). For example, I called three times over the course of one week, each time leaving a message asking for a call back asap, and never heard back.

GoogleRude, obnoxious, unprofessional...would not recommend. Staff have no respect for customers. speak in a highly Rude manner...there is no customer service. If your desperate do not go here. Go and sleep in the street than visiting these guys.

FacebookFirstly I am absolutely upset with valuating property, I have received silly price for it! 😂 Secondly I have been viewing previously few properties from those agents which wasn't really nice as on pictures. When I asked M'bro branch for viewing on another property I have never heard anything back. Completely waste of time with selling or buying property.
I am not bothered any more. By the way it is very unproffesional and unnecessary answer worth of Estate Agent... Good luck with ignoring customers to view properties, as I can see I am not first one (y)

GoogleHarry was brilliant. When we unfortunately didn't get the first flat he showed us (due to unforeseen circumstances) he worked tirelessly to find us the ideal place. Always kept us in the loop and was extremely helpful. Would certainly use again.
