GoogleWe contacted Manners and Harrison to handle the sale of our house. We received a truly professional service from our first meeting with Claire Moore and throughout the whole process so far. Claire said she would keep the viewings coming and she did and we were very pleased to accept an offer on our property less than two weeks after it was marketed. I cannot fault the service we have received so far and would highly recommend Manners and Harrison to anyone looking to market their property.

After months of stocking a Buy To Let Portfolio, we have come to recognise the different levels of professionalism within the Estate Agent Industry. The Mortgage advisor at Manners & Harrison, Hannah Smith was beyond helpful, could not have been more effective, or efficient , and her communication was the best we have encountered. She arranged several different mortgages , for numerous properties, for myself and my husband simultaneously. She knew what was important to us and sought out mortgages that were a good fit . A friendly approachable professional , delivering a truly exceptional service we have not found anywhere else. GoogleI was so impressed with Manners and Harrison and in particular, our mortgage advisor Emma White. Buying a house is already a very stressful time but due to unforeseen circumstances unrelated to our mortgage, our sale and purchase took almost a year to complete. Despite this, Emma was amazing throughout and went above and beyond to help us get to completion. She explained everything so thoroughly and always had time to answer our questions or explain things we weren’t sure about. She was always a phone call away if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. In relation to the mortgage application process, the communication we received was excellent, everything was dealt with quickly and professionally, and we were kept updated throughout. We knew exactly what was going on at every stage. There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are to Emma for all her help and we can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us to get us into our dream home. I’d highly recommend Emma and Manners and Harrison’s mortgage advisors.

GoogleMyself and my partner really appreciate Hannah Smiths time and efforts into helping us find and buy our home. Through some hiccups and my many questions, Hannah was very supportive and done her absolute best to get us the right deals and to make sure our lender fit our circumstances. She always got back to us if we had any issues and was very prompt with things so that we could get our mortgage through as soon as possible. I couldnt recommend Hannah enough, she has been fab! We have been in our home just nearly 2 weeks now and she has still sent messages to check in that everything is okay. From the initial appointment all the way up to (even after) completion, Hannah has been spot on :) thank you Hannah!

GoogleI cannot thank Emily & Hannah enough at manners and Harrison in Marton for there time , patience and amazing customer service. From the beginning to the very end Emily ensured that everything was under control. She updated me constantly keeping me in the loop with what was going on and dealt with my solicitors at the end she was amazing and a credit to the company!! Hannah sorted me out with my mortgage finding me the best deal, I didn’t have to do a thing she was available whenever I needed to speak to her she updated me constantly during my mortgage application. She is fantastic! I do not have anything negative to say about manners and Harrison at all. They also make a great cup of tea! Thank you to everyone at manners and Harrison we now have our perfect family home!!
