GoogleAs a first time buyer I went to Emilie, the Mortgage Advisor at Manners and Harrison, with absolutely no clue about how everything worked and also after being told by another company my chances of getting a decent mortgage were very slim. Emilie explained everything very well, found me a great deal, kept in touch constantly to keep me up to date and really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy everything was running smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to go see her!

GoogleAbsolutely awful customer service towards a potential risk purchaser. I travelled hundreds of miles to view properties and was left stranded outside the first property of the day with not so much as a phone call to let me know the agent wouldn't be able to the up. It was left to me to contact them and I received little in the way of apology. I made it.clear I no longer wished to use them as agents, and bit them farewell but recieved several calls throughout the afternoon to try and encourage me to come back. I can not recommend them as a buyer, and have found other agents to be much more efficient in terms of customer service.

GooglePurchased a house, not from, but through M&H - Marton a couple of months ago and the service was outstanding. My mortgage advisor (Emilie) helped me from start to completion which, as a first time buyer, made this stressful move much easier. Cannot recommend enough.
