Emma White acted as my mortgage advisor and more, helping negotiate on the price and chasing estate agents and solicitors on my behalf at times. Emma knows her stuff, got me a great mortgage deal, and then another when the original offer expired. The one off fee may seem a bit hefty, but it is just that, a one off, and well worth it! I can't recommend Emma and Manners & Harrison enough. I'm looking forward to dealing with them again when my current mortgage fix is due to end. Many thanks!

He provided support every step of the way and explained anything we didn't understand as first time buyers. The girls in the office were always helpful with providing updates especially Kay and Ruth who dealt regularly with our purchase. Hannah Smith dealt with myself, son and daughter-in-law and it was a very complex/ complicated case as there was 2 remortgages and a new mortgage to deal with. Hannah and her team helped us from start to finish. Hannah sorted all of our mortgage applications and life insurance and building and contents insurance. Hannah keeps you updated throughout the process and also lets you harass her with messages and emails when your worried without a single second thought. Manners and Harrison also give you a lifetime membership which also is amazing for future home moving and purchases! If you’re looking for a mortgage/remortgage then I highly recommend Emma White at Manners & Harrison. Truly world class service. Emma was always making sure I understood every step of the process, always gave me multiple options and managed my expectations with realistic advice. There was many complications around the type of property we wanted to purchase and as we were specific, it made Emma’s job more difficult. However you’d never have guessed that because she was brilliant - such a nice person to deal with. Cant truly articulate how great our experience has been with Emma and the Manners and Harrison team but my wife and I are incredibly grateful. Will be sharing with all friends and colleagues. I came to Emma to get a mortgage after been told I'd never be able to get one been so young, single and self employed. Well Emma proved them all wrong. She had a mortgage in principle with in an hour. With an offer I thought I'd never be able to get. Service was 5 star from start to finish! I couldn't recommend Emma enough. She is super knowledgeable and knows her products and how they all cater for each individual circumstance. Always patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly.
