Hello Rob, We are very sorry to see you have rated our team with a 1-star review. We always strive to give the best possible customer service to our customers and we are very concerned to see you may have had a negative experience. We don't seem to have your name as a customer of our branch but if you can get in touch with us on socialmedia@sequencehome.co.uk with details of your experience and we will be able to look into this for you.
