Makes the challenges of letting much smoother

Moving to a new country is always a challenge. Paula B. and Jackson-Stops really helped make the process much smoother. I felt supported through the letting process. My move in was complicated by Covid and they were so helpful during that very stressful time.I feel like they give me plenty of notice if there is a need to enter the home and follow up on any needs.I plan to be here quite awhile and, if I ever need to move, feel I would look through their properties first.Thank you!

We purchased our first property through Jackson-Stops. From start to finish they were amazing.Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us either through email or telephone call. Keeping us up to date with updates from the seller or the solicitor. Even when we were waiting for long periods of time for information, they would keep us informed that they are doing all they can to keep the process moving.Once we completed and we went to pick up the keys, we were greeted with friendly and chatty employees who were really happy for us. They even gave us a bottle of champagne which was a really thoughtful touch. I used Jackson Stops to find a property to rent in Wimbledon. I was very satisfied with them, especially with Laura Hammond. I was worried that agents could be pushy in order to rent out, but the contrary was the case! Laura followed up without pressuring, did not seemed stressed or annoyed that I was viewing other properties, with other agents- and she was very flexible, offered a second viewing, super service minded. She was on time to every appointment, which is very important to me. Also, she was very swift and helpful with all the formalities, and she answered all of my endless questions. When she was away for a short holiday, she had arranged that a colleague to follow up the paper work. The equally nice colleague called a few times, just to make sure if I had any questions and to keep me in the loop. It seems like the office in Wimbledon works really well and I could recommend it.

The best letting agency for Military!

I’ve lived in Newmarket for 4 years and the Jackson Stops Staff has been nothing short of amazing! Being Active Military you hear of the horror stories with letting agents and I have had zero issues. I deployed 3 times while here and each time Paula & Jodie stopped by my apartment, checked on it, adjusted the thermostat if needed & they checked on me as well. They really treat you like family. Even during my move out inspection I hired a bad cleaning company and they reported the company to base housing to help other service members not use them as well. They truly care & go above and beyond if I could have stayed 4 more years I would have stayed in my apartment! I’ll miss Peel House & The Jackson’s Stops Team in Newmarket. If your Active Duty & you want a smooth transition in and out I highly recommend this company! I’ve lived overseas for 10 years & i’ve never had a better experience than HERE!

Best in Mid Sussex!

Toby, Guy and Alice deserve every success. Selling houses is not easy but they really maintained positivity and creativity throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we gave them a real curveball with a tricky neighbour but they dealt with the issue and smoothed out the process to successful completion. I don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve this. They are a pleasure deal with and will go that extra mile to make things happen.
