I have had a difficult experience with Jackson-Stops not understanding how to deal with the sharing of the ownership of my flat with my daughter. However, Property Manager Jess Lynagh who liaised between myself and her management was exemplary, she listened, understood the issue and was always prompt in her replies and persistent in resolving the problem.

The Wimbledon branch has a cohesive team that have worked together for some time and this shines through in their enthusiasm and professionalism; they are a breath of fresh air.  I liked Joe's proactive approach and he brought his team along to look at the house and they were all very keen to get on with the marketing.   They didn't waste any time and Sienna conducted the viewings and within a short time found me the ideal tenant.  Just before the tenants moved in there was an issue with the shower cubicle, which property manager, Margaret, sorted out promptly and efficiently. A great team.

I have used the Wimbledon Jackson Stops Lettings and Property Management teams for many years and they recently both did another excellent job for me. Sienna arranged the re letting of my rental property - she quickly found a new tenant and then made the paper work happen quickly and smoothly. She was a pleasure to deal with. Margaret has managed the property for many years and she over-sore the tenant changeover. She is a first class property manager - professional, responsive, very experienced and excellent at dealing with the tenants and sorting out tradesmen to maintain the property. I have complete confidence in Sienna and Margaret and their colleagues and would highly recommend their services.

We went with Jackson Stops after seeing a property we liked on their website. We viewed a couple of properties and then had a chat with Sienna about exactly what we were looking for. About a week later, Sienna contacted us with the perfect property and said she thought it would really suit us (which it did!). A lot of rental agents feel like they're trying to squeeze you into a property no matter what. Sienna gave us tailored advice and help with understanding contracts and the renting process, not only that but she's always on hand if we need help with something. One of the best renting experiences I've had and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely appalling sales experience

Absolutely appalling sales experience. From being told that the buyers were cash buyers to then being told they didn't have the deposit. No fact checking had been carried out and we were led along for months without regular updates and the agent side stepping and avoiding calls only to find out the sale had fallen through and Jackson-Stops were aware but hadn't even bothered to update us! Absolutely no follow through.

Avoid like the plague !

We've just had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with this supposedly high end company. We invited the Northampton office to visit us with a view to marketing a high value rural property. After a very successful and pleasant visit we waited for our Marketing Appraisal , and we waited. The other 2 companies we invited to visit both responded with reports inside of a week. Now, precisely a month later we are still waiting on a report from JacksonStops! To add insult to injury, both my brother and I rang the gentlemen concerned and were assured our report was in progress. On my final call I was assured it would be me the next day by noon! I was assured he still wanted my custom and he was full of apologies for the delay. Yet still, we have no appraisal! This is not the way a professional company should treat a prospective client. Avoid the Northampton office, if not the whole company.

They fully understood the significance to us of the move we were making, and never made light of it.
