Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

Andrew Richardson listened to our request, showed us a property 30 minutes later, and we were immediately bowled over. 4 months later we are happily installed. Splendid service from Andrew, ably assisted by Phil in the Chichester office, helped us through the process most professionally and with charm.
