I travelled over an hour and a half on Saturday from East London to Wimbledon to view a property, and our estate agent (Harry Payne) was a no show. We waited outside for half hour, and we also buzzed the flat number 3 times. Nothing. Not even a courtesy text or call (as Harry has our contact details) to say he couldn't make it. We wouldn't have minded too much if the flat was unavailable, or he was running late, if he actually let us know what was going on, but instead he just didn't get in touch and it was a complete waste of our time. Cheers Harry. Pretty rough experience, and we won't be in contact for similar properties in the area. 👎

From the point of view of a current tenant ending a lease: I’ve found Jackson-Stops to be incredibly disorganised with multiple miscommunications within their team. It seems like it would be a simple thing to organise viewings, photos and electrical surveys. For some reason - in the hands of this company - routine appointments turn into a complicated process with multiple emails from different team members who don’t seem to talk to each other, going back and forth. It is an exhausting experience with an unnecessarily high level of inconvenience and hassle. Surely there is a better service out there. I have recommended my friends and family avoid this particular agency and would advise others to do the same.

Unprofessional - Unacceptable On the 9th of August we booked a viewing for the 11th in Wimbledon with Sienna K. When we showed up at the property, a gentleman in the house told us that an offer had been accepted and that there were no more viewings! We had to leave our jobs early, not arrange other viewings, potentially lose other flats and Sienna didn't have the decency to send us an email and cancel the appointment. This is a very disrespectful behaviour and you should be ashamed of treating people like that.

Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . I had to contact Alice a few times with a couple of queries over the past few weeks and her reply has always been quick and informative, and minor problems solved instantly .I’m very impressed with the service that Alice provided , and feel secure that any future issues dealt with just as efficiently.
