First I took appointment at 01 February Thursday 6pm and they cancelled 3 hours before appointment time. They scheduled new meeting 03 February 3pm. Incredibly they cancelled again new appointment 45 min before and I was already arrive the location. I came from 1hr far away just for nothing.Sales advisor Zak Anwar from Wimbledon branch really disappointed me and I never gonna work with Foxtons again.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

Disappointing Experience with Foxtons Wimbledon I had a deeply disappointing experience with Foxtons Wimbledon Estate Agents. It feels like their only focus is on making money, both for themselves and landlords, rather than respecting tenants or addressing legitimate concerns. Despite being aware of ongoing problems with the property, they failed to inform me during the tenancy process. Their approach seems to be about quickly finding tenants for landlords without considering the tenant's well-being or moral responsibilities. When issues arise, they seem to side entirely with the landlord, disregarding fairness or transparency. This attitude reflects a lack of respect for tenants, who may not always be fully aware of their rights, allowing Foxtons and landlords to misuse the system to their advantage. This policy does not align with ethical business practices, and I would not recommend Foxtons to tenants looking for a fair and supportive agency.
