We recently moved from India to the UK and had such a great experience with Foxtons, thanks to Charlie, our letting agent. Charlie was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Moving countries can be overwhelming, but he made the transition so smooth and stress-free for us. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect apartment. We truly appreciate his support, responsiveness, and positive attitude. It made a big difference during such an important move. Highly recommend Foxtons and especially Charlie if you’re looking for a seamless renting experience!

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

We had such a good experience with Foxtons Wimbledon. After three unsuccessful attempts to sell our flat with another estate agent, we were feeling quite pessimistic about our chances. However, Foxtons turned that around almost immediately. They managed to get us an offer within a week, which was a huge relief. A big shout-out to Emma, who was brilliant from start to finish. She worked incredibly hard to navigate some tricky issues that cropped up and kept everything on track when things could easily have dragged on. Her communication was very good throughout. Emma always kept us in the up to date on progress and did a great job of keeping things moving.

Working with Emma was a game changer. Right from the start her vibe was all about being friendly and super energetic, which made the whole house buying process much much easier. She's very chill yet super organised, not the type to give you 10 calls in 2 hours pressuring you to make a decision or chasing after you for a good review. Emma got this awesome mix of being professional, funny, and totally on the ball. She answered all my questions, no matter how small, It's pretty clear she knows her stuff way better than any other agent I've worked with before. Moreover, I've never felt any negativity or impatience from her (everybody knows how many agents you‘ll come across with an ‘hurry up I dont wanna be late for my next appointment’ attitude) I’m super thankful for having Emma during this. As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night.
