Our experience with Foxtons has been appalling. We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Rupert and Angelina from Foxtons, they were both wonderful. Rupert's expertise and honest advice made the process straightforward and stress-free, while Angelina was able to find a suitable tenant very efficiently. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, the entire process felt seamless. I would happily recommend Rupert, Angelina, and the Foxtons team to anyone looking for exceptional service.

GoogleI’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Foxtons. They made several false promises before I moved into the property, assuring me that everything was in great condition and fully working. The moment I got the keys, I discovered the truth -multiple things were damaged, not working, and far from what was advertised. Their customer service has been equally frustrating. The staff are dismissive, unhelpful, and at times downright rude. Instead of assisting with genuine issues, they seem more focused on making money than providing any real support to tenants. Overall, I feel misled and let down. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable letting experience.

GoogleFoxtons letting agent didn't even show up for my prebooked viewing today. Last time another of their agents showed me a property with elemts I told them I specifically cannot have for health reasons. Another branch I dealt with recent made and booked the same booking 12 times over the course of a week and then when I arrived on the day, refused to show it me and told me in rapid fire quick succession 4 different obviously false reasons why they allegedly couldnt show it to me, and yet it's still in the market over a month later. Literally use ANY other agent but Foxtons, sellers / landlords, please!

GoogleOur experience with this agency has been extremely poor so far. They were very pushy and persistent when they wanted us to sign and pay, contacting us constantly. But once the payment was made,communication suddenly stopped: calls and emails were ignored, and it became impossible to get clear information or updates. I also experienced rude behavior during the only call that was answered this late afternoon ( I called from a different phone number), the man I spoke with was completely unprofessional and even hung up on me. Overall, the service has been unreliable, stressful and far below acceptable standards. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Landlords don’t be fooled by the nice offices and friendly staff. They are ruthless. They take 13 percent + VAT for rent collection only and lock you in for 5 years. It’s not the tenants we need protecting from. It’s the ruthless agents.

Sofia Whiter is super proactive from the beginning to the end of the process, and we appreciate her frequent updates/feedback, as well her follow-ups on after sales process which really help us to complete smoothly and quickly. Sofia also has a knowledge about the local area so she helped market the advantages of our property well.

GoogleJust moved into a new property at the end of June and could not be happier. From the initial conversations with Foxtons Wimbledon, to viewings, offers on the house etc. The whole process of finding a house was absolutely amazing. I was kept well informed throughout and more importantly all the requirements we had were adhered to, which was a breath of fresh air. I want to give a huge thank you and shoutout to Anna Skubiszynska, who was a delight to work with. She is a credit to the Wimbledon Branch!

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

GoogleA very smooth and positive interaction with agent Natalie (Wimbledon). We were lucky to have her good intuition and knowledge of the properties before each visit. We found her to be an exceptional agent who is worldly travelled, considerate, she was on time and very proactive in finding the right properties with a little guidance on our needs. Travel was also provided to the destinations typical of Foxton’s accommodation towards the buyer. A very worthy 5 stars.

Terrible service. Very disappointed. I found a short let property on their portal myself, the agent (Amir Abbasian) kept suggesting either awful properties, or ones over my budget. They were very quick to call back and close the deal but once the deal was made, I never once was able to speak directly to my agent Olivia Taylor, or anyone from Foxtons again. Repeated messages and email queries went unanswered. Every two weeks a new person would be in touch and all my queries would be ignored. The property was nice and in good condition but i paid Foxtons 350 pounds for the end of tenancy clean, and was slapped with a 600 pound cleaning claim on my deposit. The property was never cleaned and my landlord claimed the charges from my deposit. at least a dozen emails later, I still don't have a protection document number for my deposit. I was told my deposit was protected. I ws told I would be provided an inventory upon moving in. I was told the place would be cleaned at the end of my tenancy, for which i paid. None of the above happened. Still waiting for part of my deposit to be returned, even though they said it was transferred three weeks ago and should take 5 to 7 days to be credited. I've settled the dispute with my landlord now, even though it is extortion, but it seems even he was being cheated by Foxtons.

GoogleEverything was ok until it got closer to our move out date. With the agency pushing our landlord to increase the rent from £1650 to £2300 we decided to move. Following that the lettings team really ruined our opinion on this agency and treated the peace of our home like it meant nothing. We had an unwell newborn and neither member of the team seemed to care… we would have multiple messages a day, 24 hour notice wasn’t respected, they couldn’t stick to a time slot (arrived late), and didn’t bother letting us know when viewings were cancelled were the fact I had to rearrange my routine to feed baby before they arrived. Due to this we asked to speak to someone because of the stress it was causing and the entire group of staff ignored my message and continued to just hound us about viewings. I took it into my own hands to email management and still waiting for acknowledgment over a week later. Disappointing. Be better?

Yes we still looking for it, but I am impressed of her passion and support what she show and the same time respect and professional attitude. I am sure that very soon will have our best one. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to speak to and went above and beyond to ensure I managed to view properties on the day where it was exceptionally busy at Foxtons. In addition, I was taken around by Dean to see some properties of interest and I was more than adequately informed of the particulars of each of them. Dean was incredibly informative, warm and a delight to speak to and be shown around. I would highly recommend their exceptional services.

GoogleI originally listed my flat in Colliers Wood with another local agent. They weren’t able to get the right buyers in to view it, so I approached Foxtons in Wimbledon needing help. It turned out to be the best possible move. Andrea and his team were amazing. The number of viewings shot up, and it didn’t take long for offers to come in. I accepted one after a bidding war, and the sales process started. Andrea guided me step by step through each stage, making me feel at ease, as this was the first property I had sold. Throughout the sale, I was anxious that the property was empty, and my rental income had ceased after my tenants moved out. I was quickly put intouch with the lettings team, where upon they filled the flat with some short term tenants, followed by some longer term ones (who had the option of staying in the property after the property changed hands). This regular income was invaluable throughout the sale process, plus it was fully managed by Foxtons, and turned out to be stress free. I can’t thank them enough, and I highly recommend using Foxtons in Wimbledon. I originally bought the flat from Foxtons many years ago, so it was fitting that they were able to sell it for me. Great work. Thanks again to you all.

used to be good but ever since the intro of the renters rights acts, property management service has dropped off a cliff. This bad for landlords because they get poor management, bad for tenants because they get poor representation, and bad for the industry because estate / letting agents are no longer accountable.
