I have been struggling to find a property to rent for the past 3 months despite tens of viewings and offers, but Zak completely turned this around with his unremarkable knowledge around the rental market and the properties he was in charge of. Not only was he was quick to respond to our enquiries, viewing requests, and offer status, he also gave us extremely helpful advice in regards to how to stay competitive in the market. In fact, he was so effective with his communication that he secured us an offer within the first 5 hours of reaching out to Foxtons Wimbledon. I cannot recommend Zak enough; if I could somehow break Google Reviews, I would give Zak 50 stars instead of 5. Thank you so much for your help Zak!

I recently sold my one bedroom flat through the Foxtons Wimbledon office. My experience was positive and Foxtons were professional in handling the viewings, the sales negotiation and finally the exchange/completion. My agent was Sofia Whiter who I highly recommend. I felt she was proactive and efficient, but not pushy. She supported both sides, despite changes to the buyers solicitors, enabling me to complete within just two days of my target completion date! Overall very professional service from Sofia and the team.

The lady who called me was trying to book me for an appointment to see a property without even sending photos or disclosing how many years of lease there were left (even though I asked for the information). Very rude and poor service. She hanged up on me while I asking questions. I confirm that what I heard about Foxtons reputation is true. Avoid at all costs!

Would definitely recommend. I viewed properties using a couple of different branches and they were always organised and informative. Sofia helped me from first viewing to completion. Whilst I had issues trying to coordinate my own solicitors, Sofia was always on top of things and clear in her communication. She absolutely helped ensure we completed in the desired timeline and couldn't recommend her enough.

A huge disappointment from start to finish

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

I have been with them for over 2 years on a full management package, and I must say they are absolutely terrible. They are the most incompetent agent I have ever dealt with. I say this as both a landlord and a tenant, as the tenant has also made complaints about them. Additionally, the neighbour have expressed their dissatisfaction as they are unable to manage the property effectively. I will provide further updates with more details soon.

I put my flat on the market a few months ago and after an initial consultation with another colleague Stacey took charge of my sale. The advice and guidance she provided me on market conditions at the time were spot on. She was responsive, professional and diligent at all times. Diana, who works with Stacey got me a buyer with her very first viewing. From then on the remaining process was managed with speed and efficiency from Stacey, who always kept me in the loop regarding any queries I had. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
