GoogleMade an appointment for a review on our Newly Refurbished flat. Had a confirmation email for the agreed time of 1pm. However at 1:10pm nobody had arrived. Called to ask if they were still coming and was told the Manager Mr Richard Eddison had just left and would arrive shortly. This turned out to be a Lie. At 1:25pm, called again and Richard Eddison himself answered the phone! Why on earth was he still in the office at that time and why had I been lied to? This is NOT an agency to have manage your property or rent from. There are plenty of other Estate Agents in the area to go to. Just avoid Eddison White!

GoogleWORST service from an agency. We have a back log of over 70 emails in the short time we took tenancy...about 50 of those within the first three months...all about maintenance issues that were/are ignored, forgotten about, presumable deemed as unimportant, etc. We constantly need to repeat information, complaints, etc., and why we were charged the ridiculous amount of agency fees is beyond comprehension and an absolute mystery. Will NEVER use any Eddison White Agency again. Highly recommend that anyone with a full time job, adult expectations of a paid service and no time to constantly repeat information in order to get anything repaired STAY CLEAR!

GoogleUsed Eddison White to rent out our flat having looked around and found they were the very competitive on price whilst also having a good reputation. They were really good with the whole process and were generally very on the ball. Let it slip a couple of times with keeping us informed of the state of play when we were having candidates vetted but other than that very good. Recommended inventory and cleaning services which actually turned out to be competitively priced and did a very good job. Would certainly recommend if you have somewhere you're looking to let.

In November of 2020 I listed my property for sale and within one and a half month, I had an offer for my full asking price on my property. I had used previously yourmove and purple bricks and the service that was/is provided at eddisonwhite is incomparable. GoogleTerrible company. Don't deal with tenants issues at all throughout entiriety of tenancy. Sloppy eg take too much money from accounts initially, leave to let signs outside property for ages after property been let. They are All about grabbing money - eg charge a huge admin fee to check in at start of tenancy and then another £100+ free to check out at end of tenancy. No urgency to return deposit (took 3 weeks). Avoid at all costs

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST Very disappointed with their service. They didn't want to help resolve any of our issues. Everytime we presented them with an issue they tried to put it back to us. We had no timer on our heating for the full tenancy, paid over £200 admin fee to move in and then a further £110 to 'check out'. We then had to chase for our deposit return, which took over 3 weeks.

James Wenham at Eddison White has gone a significant distance in rectifying that. As if transpired he handled both our sale and purchase, and worked tirelessly to get it over the line despite a number of complications along the way. Would highly recommend based on our experience.
