Very high standard of service

We have rented out a flat for several years now and Andrews have always managed the property for us with great professionalism . After a year struggling with a difficult and demanding tenant we were unsure whether to relet or sell . Andrews were very supportive and we opted to rent again . Thanks to the efficiency of the team , we have new tenants ready to move in within a month of the previous one leaving . We have been impressed by everyone but Anisa Haque has been excellent . Her response is quick , her approach is friendly and her knowledge level is high . We are very happy with the service we have received

I would like to thank Sophia and Emma from Bear Flat for being a delight to work with, and for helping to make buying our first property far less stressful than it otherwise might. I particularly appreciated their patience in answering and responding to all our concerns, and for being not only very professional, but also very friendly throughout the process. An honest 1st class experience

A delightfully refreshing great experience from the first viewing of our rental home, to getting our rental home, moving in and beyond. A charming team of honest, straight forward, super helpful kind people made the entire experience a pleasure. The house was a quality find and the attention to detail to all those things to ease stress was beyond my expectations after previous experience with another estate agent with many more years experience! Highly recommend Greg at Andrews!

Andrews Lettings are a very easy and very friendly letting agency. My tenancy is coming to an end and Greg sent me an email to let me know we also spoke on the phone as it was much easier to renew my tenancy. Greg was so friendly, polite end very fast and efficient in getting everything sent over to me my tenancy was renewed today as I am writing this positive review. We only spoke yesterday so a very quick response time. I highly recommend Andrew’s letting agency and I highly recommend Greg for his quick response in dealing with important things.

Extremely good service from Andrews

I was looked after by Nick Woore, who was extremely responsive and professional. We originally agreed the sale in November, but unfortunately we lost our buyer. The original agreement then fell through but when we managed to sell our house Nick very kindly renegotiated with his seller and resurrected the deal. We have now exchanged contracts and everything is sealed. I would like to thank Nick for his communication throughout and would highly recommend the service.

Professional service

Shamiya was waiting for me at the property, and was friendly and informative. I did not put an offer in for the place she showed me as ultimately I decided it was too far from my kids school. This was no reflection on shamiya, who was very professional. When I booked the viewing, this was done with another colleague of Shamiya’ who was equally friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend this agency.

Emotionally draining experience

We were first time buyers. I'd say that you'll probably get a fantastic experience with Andrews as a seller, but it was hard to feel protected as a buyer. Andrew and Junior were great at communicating with us, where possible, patient and very cool people in general, but the process was faulty and emotionally draining.Knowingly or unknowingly, the advertised sq meters and property ownership was wrongly advertised. We only found this out after having hired a lawyer and initiated the purchase process. This is illegal and it really showed that there was no due diligence made. In a year where it was so hard to get mortgages, we were pressured to stick with the purchase, now half the advertised sq meters, as our offer in principle would expire and would put us in a very difficult position if we were to start a new process, not to mention all the costs we had invested already. We were also consistently advised not to have a survey done when the property has massive issues, as we now know. We then had issues with the seller not allowing us into the property to inspect, so we had to have our lawyer involved, but it was all very hard. It should have been made easy and comfortable for us to inspect the property we were about to buy.By the time we actually bought it, we hadn't seen the property in 5 months, which is just not right.Andrews worked very hard to make all of this happen but the seller had the upper hand and respect at all times, not us.

My boiler broke on a Saturday…

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! Fab customer service. Thanks guys!

My experience with Andrew's - Luke in leasehold

My experience with Andrew's over the years has been very hit and miss. However, since Luke in Leasehold has been working for Andrew's my entire experience of the company has changed. He is truly amazing! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and an all round excellent person. Luke is quick to reply, and offers support above and beyond always. He has supported me with some very complex property issues recently and has actually calmed me with his support and expertise. My experience of Andrew's as a company would not be the same without him (please never leave).

Really good! As soon as we came to see the property, Sammee was already there waiting for us. Secondly, when introducing the flat, Sameer was transparent in the sense that he showed us and told us exactly what the apartment was and actually, most of the time, he just allowed us to see it for what it was and make our own conclusions. In addition, in the process of signing the contract, Sameer, Kinga and Mikesh were very helpful and patient as well as Laila with providing us with bill information. Thank You!!

My partner and I were looking for a flat to rent. Jasmine was very responsive to the online query and called me to book a viewing within the hour of sending the email. Communication with the team is fast and straightforward. The online referencing can be done in your own time. We were updated regularly through email. The team is friendly and warm. Prior to this move we also rented through Andrews. When we visited their office recently, Hayley still remembered us from a year ago. Little things like this made the service really personal.

Brilliant customer service

Me and my partner have just finalised on a new rental property and I can say without any doubt that in the 27 years I’ve been renting, Andrews have been the best to deal with. Nicole has been on hand throughout to put my partners mind at ease and we met Hayley today to sort out some final bits of paperwork and she too was brilliant.
