GoogleAll the team at Middletons were amazing from start to finish. So professional , helpful and very efficient. Our house went on the market and within 5 days it was sold. Some agents are very pushy which is extremely off putting, Middletons were far from that! Highly recommend to anyone, thank you all so much, you made a stressful time a hell of alot easier! GoogleAmazing value for money. I had no experience of Middleton's before I was offered a house valuation via Rightmove. I had already checked out my favourite online, hybrid and traditional estate agents and wasn't sure which way to go. Middleton's offered all the benefits of a traditional agent at a price to match the online pay up front ones. Being very sceptical I asked loads of questions before signing up thinking it sounds too good to be true. They sold my house quickly for the best price achievable and helped with processing the sale. Start to finish they've gone beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them if you're considering selling your property.

GoogleI have today completed on my first house purchase. Julie and Hazel have been fantastic from the start. Their constant communication with me about my purchase has been great. They have explained things that I did not understand about the house buying process, they have kept me in the loop with updates from the seller too. Middletons have been great from start to finish. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleMiddletons were representing the Seller and I was the Buyer. I had quite a high level of communication with three of the Middletons Team and I found all them to be friendly and supportive throughout in providing accurate status updates from the Seller and from both sets of solicitors. Their involvement had a very positive impact on the effectiveness and speed of achieving exchange & completion and I highly recommend Middletons!!

GoogleWorst estate agents to go through once all fees have been paid they don't want to know any of your troubles!!Had people calling me non stop when working trying to gain access to the property when not there, the estate agents have asked me to leave keys with workmen who we don't know when we are at work and said they will drop the keys at work after the work has been done!Some one still has a key to our property that we are paying rent for 2 weeks after moving in and the estate agents excuse is...it's ok you have a back door key which is not helpful when having to carry all shopping down a long alley way to get into the property!!The list goes on but here is a few of our negatives so far 2 weeks after getting the keys!
We sincerely apologies that you feel Middletons have not responded effectively to the issues your are experiencing. Unfortunately it is the nature of new build properties to have a "snagging list" of issues, which only come to light once inhabited and we have tried to remedy these in a timely manner for you. GoogleFrom start to finish, Middletons have been second to none. From our initial contact with Paul, through to Sharon taking the photos, then on to Hazel and last but definitely not least Julie, the service has been incredible! And a special mention has to go out to Julie, she always kept us notified of any issues that arose and progress that was being made going above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale and purchase. I couldn't recommend Middletons enough, for me they are the best estate agents in Melton and when the time comes, i wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. Thank you to all of you again, myself and Charlotte really are appreciative of everything that you did for us.
