We used Middletons for the purchase of our new home. We would highly recommend using them. Everyone we spoke with or dealt with was lovely and very helpful, in particular Hazel. Hazel was our main point of contact, she would send regular check in emails or calls keeping us both updated. If we had any questions or queries, Hazel was always happy to help, and if she didn't' know the answer, was happy to find out and would always get straight back to us. We sold with a different estate agent but if we were to sell in the future, we would use Middletons. Thanks again to everyone at Middletons who helped with the purchase of our new home.

Great service from start to finish! I bought my first home with middletons, originally the house I wanted to view was sold but then came back on the market, Erin called me straight away and booked a viewing in! I went on to buy it the next day as it was perfect. Communication was amazing throughout, Hazel and Julie answered the phone every time and responded to my queries efficiently and professionally. The man who originally showed us around I think is the branch manager, well he was great! very down to earth and I felt like I could trust what he said. Julie was amazing, as I was super keen to complete each time I rang she was very responsive and knew exactly what was going on and would chase solicitors etc if needed. I went with their recommended solicitors and brokers, I will defiantly use the solicitor again as she was amazing too. Very very smooth process and would work with them again! Thank you team

I first came across Middletons when purchasing my home. Paul, Hazel and Julie did such a great job at helping the purchase progress that I decided to move my rental properties to be managed my Middletons. The service provided by the lettings team was excellent, they were always quick to respond to mine and any tenant queries/ issues. They called around to obtain multiple quotes for any work that was required to the property and handled tenant leaving and new tenants arriving smoothly and efficiently. I have subsequently used Middletons for property sales and Paul, Julie, Hazel and the rest of the team went above and beyond to complete the sales. Paul has an excellent knowledge of the housing market and his fantastic photography skills really made our property stand out. Julie was really on the ball progressing the sale, always making contact with the solicitors and purchasers, ensuring the sale was continuously progressing, and providing me with updates throughout the whole process. In my experience, no other estate agents have provided a sales progression service like this, and when selling a property can be so stressful, it really makes the difference receiving regular updates and knowing that the sale is moving forwards. My parents house was over valued by a previous estate agent, who craftily signed them up to a 6 month contract and then just expected the house to sell itself. Thankfully when the contract ended my parents got in touch with Middletons who were very professional and enthusiastic about marketing my parent’s home. Paul’s valuation was realistic and the photographs really did the house justice. In no time at all an offer was made and accepted. Throughout the process the Middleton’s team were easy to contact, responded quickly, kept us up to date with any news.
