GoogleWe recently bought our new home through Middletons and received brilliant service. It is well known that moving house is one of, if not the most stressful things you do in life and this move certainly was but it was made less so with the help and support from Middletons and in particular Hazel and Julie. We weren’t selling through Middletons but felt were treated as one of their clients and when things were getting frustrating, a call to Julie usually ended with us having a laugh by the end of the conversation. So thank you to all at Middletons Estate Agency.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. I felt the entire team were focused on doing the best they could for me. Paul was really keen to show my property in its best light, to the extent of voluntarily dropping by on a sunny day to take extra pictures of the outside. Hazel was amazing at keeping everything moving once an offer had been accepted. I honestly feel that if it hadn’t been for her, the sale would have taken much longer to complete. When we first viewed the property the agent that showed us around was welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. After our offer was accepted, Hazel and Katherine at Middleton's branch in Melton Mowbray were very helpful and efficient in dealing with all enquiries we had. GoogleThis is the second time I've used Middleton's over the years and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Paul and Hazel are great. Regular communication, they provide honest and open feedback and they know the local area so well given their years of experience. Unlike some agents, there is no game playing and they back up their promises with action throughout the sale, not just at the beginning. Can't recommend them enough!

GoogleMiddletons were acting for the seller of a property I have recently purchased. My experience with them was superb, so much so I used them to find tenants for the property after I purchased. Paul and Hazel on the sales side and Laura on the lettings were brilliant. Laura managed to advertise the property and secure tenants within a week. I would happily use them again.

GoogleWe recently moved into our new home in Melton Mowbray Our old house went on the market and we used Middletons Estate Agent to facilitate the sale We had several quotes from other estate agents but chose Middletons over these We were impressed with Paul when he did the valuation He seemed very keen to get our property on the market His enthusiasm and the speed with which he did this was really encouraging Photos were taken and our brochure produced within a few days We were really impressed with this brochure Brilliant job Paul Well done Right from the beginning and all the way through the process the feedback on our property was really good When we received the offer we were given information about the chain and financial position of our proposed buyer We think the staff at Middletons worked hard to get us the best price All through the process we were kept informed after the sale was agreed right through to the completion day We had a few very frustrating snags on the way but Julie was absolutely brilliant She went above and beyond what we expected to help sort these out We can’t thank her enough Your a star Julie Thank you so much We have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Middletons Estate Agents They were brilliant Thanks a lot guys your the best
