GoogleWe have recently used middletons lettings melton mowbray for renting a property that we now call our home. They were brilliant from start to finish and I highly recommend them when i first contacted them regarding the property we liked I spoke to Nicola who was so helpful, she arrange a viewing in 48 hrs and within a week after the checks we were ready to move. This was all done with ease and nothing was too much trouble so a big thank you to Nicola and all at middletons lettings.

GoogleMy first rental was with Middletons and I’ve got nothing but good words to say! They ensured I got loads of help when moving in, they’re super friendly and supportive. If I had any questions I could nip into their branch and they’d help me straight away, especially Amanda - she’s great!

GoogleI cannot recommend Middletons Estate agents enough...despite them not being the agents we were selling with, but the ones representing the people we bought from! Julie Sadio from Middletons was absolutely brilliant throughout the process, and the key person chasing everyone else including solicitors in a chain of 5. Even 2 years since our house purchase completed she continues to help us if we have queries for the vendors. GoogleI can't recommend Middletons enough! Julie and the team have been absolutely incredible during my house move from first point of sale to listing and viewings and everything in between, even when faced with difficult solicitors and problems (none down to Middletons) and i fully credit that i have actually been able to move house down to their hard work, dedication and clear communication out of my entire chain i feel like Middletons had the most professional and helpful input (i had to talk to a lot of estate solicitors and estate agents) with almost immediate response times and more than often going way above and beyond to get the best and most efficient result. No matter who I spoke to in the office they were all kind and helpful with any matter that i had and never felt like i was being a burden with any questions that i asked, compared to other businesses where it feels like they are trying to rush to end a phone call this was very refreshing i will 100% use Middletons again without any hesitation if i do decide to move house in the future

GoogleThe team at Middletons clearly have a wealth of experience and I can not recommend them highly enough . Everyone I spoke with was warm and friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. There was a few tricky moments along the way but Hazel and Julie were able to reassure me and smooth issues out . A special mention to Julie who kept me fully informed every step of the way and was instrumental in our successful sale, no less than incredible ! Paul has an excellent team , a big thank you to them all .

We cannot recommend them highly enough and would like to thank the whole team for helping us sell our house and move into our dream home A special mention to Hazel Turfitt, whose experience in estate agents made her stand out during the challenging times and where complex issues arose. So competent and professional where I’m sad to say other agents in the chain of 7 failed. (It speaks volumes that buyers/sellers used Hazel’s knowledge and expertise for advice and guidance instead of their own agents?!). An absolute star from start to finish and we felt completely in safe hands and was incredibly lucky that we had her fighting our corner. Julie Sadio worked relentlessly with solicitors and other agents to make sure everything ran like clockwork on the day of moving, again cannot thank her enough! We will definitely be recommending you to all my family and friends. *****

Everybody in the team, Paul, Amanda, Hazel, Dan and Sharon played their part in getting a buyer for our house within 5 days and exchange of contracts within five weeks.
