GoogleWe were not disappointed with Middletons. The service they provided was above and beyond. From the initial valuation through to the quality and number of images used in the house brochure everything exceeded our expectations. The open house hosted by Paul took the stress away from us and succeed in 3 offers all at or above the asking price. During the sale our initial purchaser drop out, within two phone calls Hazel had secured a second purchaser, and soon after it was signed, sealed and the keys handed over. I would highly recommend Middletons. The sight of their For Sale and Sold boards around the Melton and surrounding areas clearly shows that I am not the only person happy to endorse the Middletons team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold through Middletons having bought the house originally through them. After the turbulence of loosing our buyer due to the original COVID lock down and uncertainty this caused. Middletons were very helpful in finding another buyer quickly. Despite the selling process going on for 6 months with all that has happened. Julie who has dealt with us throughout has been brilliant and professional. She went to a great level of professional and personal dedication to assist us after having to relocate before completion due to work commitments. In this time she helped us as a neighbour would, checking on the property and pushing along what was a very long chain.
