FacebookI had the pleasure of working with James from Bentons for nearly 8 years trying to sell our property in Woodhouse, Loughborough. We were messed around every year with a potential buyer, who for some reason couldn't follow through with funding to actually purchase the property until finally, last year, a buyer turned up who followed through on their agreement and bought the house within a month of seeing it.There were many highs and lows during the 8 years, but I remained loyal to James as I feel he is the only person I could trust to sell a high value property in the area. He is extremely knowledgeable and has some great contacts.If I ever had to move back to the area, there is only one agent and person I would trust to handle my property purchase - I highly recommend these guys, very professional indeed!

FacebookOur house was up for sale for 7 weeks with Bentons. Not once did we get any contact from them. No viewings at all even though they told us they would sell our house within 4-6 weeks. We had an open day that no one turned up for. They released us early from our contract because we were extremely dissapointed with the lack of service and communication. Would not recommend. Within 1 hour of swapping estate agents we had a viewing!!!

I had a terrible experience when I enquired if there was a neighbourhood's dispute, really cagey and refused to say if they had done any investigation of the vendors declaration. No trust in them so I couldn't risk it. Shame as it put me off the purchase. How do they care that little?
