GoogleI echo the review below and would also now avoid properties advertised by Bentons. They do not return your calls and ignore your emails. Given that you are trying to buy a house, one of the biggest purchases you could make, you'd expect that they'd provide some level of customer service, apparently not. We have since retracted an offer due to our experience as we cannot imagine what the rest of the process would be like as a buyer. I would absolutely not recommend Bentons to anyone and discourage anyone considering instructing them.

GoogleRight from first contact Bentons were professional and helpful. From Mandy arranging a viewing to James coming out to value my property (at short notice) I was very impressed. Not only am I happy at the way they dealt with me I feel confident that potential buyers would get an excellent service resulting in a quicker, smoother sale for me! The floor plan and photos were done on the spot and the photos were excellent, so important for internet sales. No pushiness or hyperbole. Strongly recommend.

FacebookSaw a lovely house to let and paid the fees straight away, only to wait two weeks and still no decision whether we have been accepted or not. Then found out through a friend who also saw the house that they were still accepting viewings. I can only assume that they have done the same to other and taken more fees off them as well. This seems like a scam to me!

GoogleFrom start to finish and all the bits in the middle, and there were a lot of bits in the middle!! Through all the stress and the elation on selling, then a tad more stress. All dealt with efficiently and professionally every step of the way and at the same time with a personal touch.

Communication and organisation were particularly good- it was very easy and quick to organise a full day of property viewings and I found that I was kept updated on the status of my application at all stages. GoogleJames Sealey never once returned my calls, utter ignorance and would not recommend this company to anyone. The property is still advertised for sale and I have called on 4 separate occasions leaving all my contact details. AVOID this lot
