What a rollercoaster! After a bad experience with a previous manager, Kris Whiteoak came into the office and was a breath of fresh air, he understood and cared for our situation. The calm approach and doing what he said he was going to do really meant a lot to us. We are now under offer and cannot thank Kris enough, we was on the verge of giving up!

Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!

Nick and his team are great!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. There were a few hiccups towards the end of the process, but the team were on hand to help and get everything sorted and we moved without any major problems or delays. I recently sold my property in Caxton Close, Hartley, Longfield, Kent.Right from the outset - Terri Truckle the Branch Manager @ WARDS in New Ash Green and her team were professional and relentless and determined in getting the property marketed and sold. The service they rendered was second to none with regular marketing adverts and e mail updates, sales e mail updates and viewing and appointment updates. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)

My husband and I are relocating from the South West of England to Kent. We're not young things, this move has been in the planning for some years, we are moving to be nearer family and friends, this is a huge deal for us. Once we sold our property, it was imperative we start our search, and we wanted agents who we could deal with face to face initially, and would be kind, interested, trustworthy, and would look after us through this difficult process. We're not there yet, but things are moving forward, our chain is complete, we have bought through Wards, our Vendors are buying and have sold with Wards and the end is definitely in sight. Having previously used other Wards branches, I was very sceptical. However the care and service provided by Rainham was absolutely amazing. Every member of staff was so attentive and invested in finding us the right home. Ali and Hannah knew exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond, telling us if a property was not what we were looking for and called us up to tell us of properties coming on the market that may be suitable. The property we bought is one that we would not have viewed had Hannah not prompted us - she just knew it was the one for us and called right away, and she was right. We are so grateful to her, if she had not insisted that this was the one for us, we would probably still be looking. For almost two years, no other estate agent in Medway understood exactly what we wanted and made that extra effort to help us find it and worked with us and the seller to negotiate a price that suited us both. Rainham Wards, Darren and the team should be what all other branches strive to be like.

Wards were fantastic from start to finish. The marketing of our house was excellent and the open day booked up incredibly quickly and offers were received pretty much instantly. The whole team at Rainham Branch were really helpful and friendly. Prince and Darren were great in getting the house onto the market and reassuring along the way. Ali was super helpful in calling us regularly to inform us of any houses coming onto the market in order to help us find a property. Judy was amazing in progressing the sale and communicating up and down the chain. She kept us well informed the whole time and nothing was too much trouble! I'm writing a review as a buyer of a property purchased through Wards Estate Agents. We did not market our own property through them. Our sale/purchase has been very difficult from the start due to outside factors with our sale. I don't think we would have got to where we are without the diligent help of Judy from Wards. She has been involved in helping the sale and purchase go through right from the start. She has chased solicitors and builders numerous times for us, and done so with humour, positivity and professionalism. I don't doubt for a second that without the help of Judy we wouldn't have exchanged contracts on our home today. You can tell as a customer that Judy loves her job, and she is extremely good at it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wards Estate Agents based on the service of Judy alone. Whatever you pay her it is not enough :-) She has been incredibly supportive of my husband and I as frontline NHS workers during a difficult time with the pandemic. When it has been difficult for us to chase things ourselves, Judy has stepped up and helped up out. She has always had our best interests at heart, and has explained the process every step of the way. Thank you Judy for helping us move into our family home before baby arrives :-) We haven't had much dealing with any other members of staff there, because we didn't sell through them. But I remember our viewing and offer process being handled by Ally who was equally lovely. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Fantastic service from beginning to finally completing on our sale and purchase. Our initial meeting with Darren was great, totally professional, non pushy and a real credit to Wards. Then when viewing properties Ali was fantastic - I don't think you'll find anyone better to sell your house! When we found a property Stacey helped with the bidding process and finally giving us the good news that our offer had been accepted and also guided us through the sale process. Then sales progressor Judy was with us all the way chasing solicitors and the entire chain, without Judy's help I'm sure the whole process would've been much more painful. In short well worth the commission!

Having already given Rainham Wards a great review (because, they are truly amazing at what they do!) I felt the need to write another review for the service you get after your offer has been accepted. Judy Day, the Sales Progressor, further enhanced the service provided by the branch. She liaised between ourselves, the seller, the solicitors, the mortgage advisor and others within the chain making things so much simpler fir us. She kept us up to date every step of the way. She made the whole process of buying a house as stress free as it could possibly be. I have bought a flat through Wards at Rochester and the service I have received from everybody at this branch has been second to none.
