The team at wards Rainham have been amazing from start to finish in buying our home. We haven’t had to worry about anything and nothing was to big an ask. Ali was extremely helpful with viewings and always made sure we were able to view when we needed to and so so friendly! Stacey and Judy were great with our sales progression and a really quick turn around which was exactly 2 months from our offer being accepted to our completion date. Overall amazing team! Having to sell family home after mum passed away

After my mum passed away unexpectedly and way too soon, I found myself having to single handedly deal with her estate. Having moved in to the family home in 1988 it had certainly been lived in, not run down to disrepair but at the same time no real updates on the property had taken place over this long period of time. It was always going to be stressful and a challenge but with that in mind it was the perfect property for a family home and for someone to put their own stamp on it and personally this was my hope.Adam from Wards took the lead and on evalution and first viewing of the property he understood fully without me having to really explain anything. He was fair with pricing, clear with explaining each reason positive and negative and made me feel like he just got it.From then on it was easy for me, on visiting the office Amy was always so welcoming, helpful and considerate. She made me feel like I wasnt alone in it, in a professional and caring manner, we laughed together as well. Meant alot.Throughout the process I recieved emails and phone calls updating me with informaton I needed to know nothing I could of just done without and the whole team in the office dealt with the sale in one aspect or another Tom, Tanya and Maria thank you.When an offer came in Alfie was exceptional at relaying the potential buyers concerns and interest to me, kept it clear what I needed to do my end and was honest about their queries.I can't thank the team enough.Sam Head

Stacey F. from Wards Rainham was truly exceptional. She was an absolute delight from helping us book our initial viewings to having our offer accepted. She did not mind the number of times I called her and she was always enthusiastic to answer my calls even after the 20th call. Stacey listened to our requirements and continuously sent us homes that fit the criteria we were after. She repeatedly went over all of our viewing appointments with times and dates ensuring I was up to date with what had been scheduled for us. Stacey made us feel as though she wanted us to find a property for our family more than we did. As a Sales Progressor Debbie Ludgate was amazing. I’ve moved a few times and never been involved with one.Debbie Ludgate went above and beyond to ensure our sales went through as smoothly as it could. She usually works 3 days a week but on occasions worked two full weeks to ensure that our move could progress expeditiously.She’s very professional, calm, approachable but also has a good sense of humour. I would highly recommend Alison Jenkins (Ali) from the Wards Rainham branch. She is such a lovely lady and so kind. She really listens to what your needs are and does everything in her power to help you. She really tries, always delivers what she promises, keeps constant contact and delivers a one to one service. We spent many months looking for a house and Ali was the one who kept me sane. Without Ali I know we would have given up! She is very professional, compassionate. honest and upfront. Wards were brilliant from start to end. Natalie made getting on the market so easy, it felt like we were a real priority and the marketing of our house was great. They got a lot of serious potential buyers through the door, although we did do a lot of the viewings ourselves during the evenings and weekends. When Allie did viewings she really sold the house as if it was her own. Once sold, Judy was phenomenal at keeping the chain moving and getting and providing updates to all involved, allowing us to move swiftly.

Wards in Rainham have been exceptionally helpful in finding us a home. They have been very proactive by informing us of any new properties that they feel would suit our needs and requirements. Especially Ali who listened to what we wanted and what feeling we wanted to be able to picture us sitting with a cup of tea watching call the midwife. This review is for Tina Styance. What an asset she is to Ward & Partners. She looked after us through our first and second purchase and sale (an absolute nightmare chain) and I never evet felt anything was ever too much. She kept me updated through the whole 9 months and she fought for us to get where we are now. She was by far the best sales progressor out of our whole chain and I was so pleased that she was ours. I would use wards again but purely because of Tina. The sales side was okay but she really was what kept everything together (including me) throughout the whole process, Thank you Tina. Wards Ashford was awful, promise top rate service and fail to deliver. weekly marketing updates confirmed pitiful marketing to the point of embarrassment and a request to stop the updates as it only evidenced just how bad the service is. Contract heavily loaded in Wards favour, no open house as promised, no for sale board without chasing and then not as promised. If on-line failed to deliver leads then Wards have no proactive marketing approach.Worst experience ever,

I went to Wards on a whim! Earlier this year as my contract was coming to an end with my then Agent. I was greeted by Prince & Amrit who were both very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & polite. From the word Go! They instantly made me feel comfortable and well at ease before, during and after the whole transaction of the sale of my property.They were efficient and very hands on and took away any reservations that I had during the process. Prince kept me updated at all times and so I knew exactly what stage(s) the sale of my house was at and he never left me in the lurch about anything, so this made things even more relaxed and easier to deal with.The turnaround was unexpectedly fast and I could not fault a thing! I luckily had a conversation with Devon from the Rochester branch after I had a offer fall through. He was very understanding and encouraging even though it was a horrible situation for us. He suggested another property that I felt at the time would be out of our league, But I can not thank him enough for booking us in for the open day as a week later our offer was accepted and we have now moved into our dream home !He regularly checked in and kept my sanity during the stressful process of moving and I couldn't have been more grateful. We had a lot of great help From Wards through a few different branches in the end but i do have to give a special thank you to Devon for finding us our dream home !
