GoogleFerndown Estates offers a very professional service. The best customer service that I've seem during my house purchasing journey. Their advertisements have a lot more information than others. The videos are professional. The viewings are pleasant. All their employees are very nice. After my offer accepted, we've got a lot of troubles caused by the chain and the lender (til the last minute!) but Ferndown has guided us through the hard time in a very professional way.

Really unimpressed and disappointed in the service I have received. Tried to book a viewing last Monday spent two days sending over all the information they asked for which is fine, then was asked when I was free for a viewing I let them know this and I heard nothing back after that. Emailed multiple of times for updates but heard nothing back from them until I emailed off right move again, to be told they needed my partners I for which I had already sent so I did it again to then be told they didn't have my information. I think this is just ridiculous. To then be told they had a few cases if covid which is why my information was lost. Surely they should have informed me of this how am I supposed to know that. The woman I dealt with was rather rude and unhelpful.
