I had a very bad experience with this agency, especially with Ian. we tried to buy a house as a first time buyer and we made the mistake of going with the mortgage advisor from the agency who communicated more with them than with us, he was not in our team. the bank undervalued the house and they havemade an appeal on our behalf without asking us and the application from the bank was rejected. the story is longer, there was a huge lack of communication between us, Ian took advantage of the fact that I had no experience in this field and did what he wanted. I do not recommend this agency or that oneI don't recommend IAN at all.

GoogleWe have rented here for 4 years now, the owner of the company came round a while ago and he is very rude and degrading he spoke to me as if I was a child telling me we would have words then storming out of my house because my walls was painted and he wanted to take pictures to sell it he also instantly moaned we had cats because he doesn’t like cats, any problems we have reported have been ignored to the point we had to get the council out to sort it, we have had mould and damp in the house that has made both me and my partner poorly for around 6 or so months now and all they have to say is the landlord now wants to sell not well sort the mould no just the landlord wants to sell so we and now still living in mouldy house which is still making us poorly would not recommend this estate agents at all anyone I have spoke to about them says they are bad even the guy from the council said he gets lots of reports about the houses they rent as they never fix anything
